PrimeCARE Medical Clinic-Searcy

I came to Prime Care a year ago for a COVID test but yesterday was my first medical visit. I'll start by saying the clinic is clean, the decor asethically pleasing. Everyone was pleasant. All the staff are very professional. My nurse and Physician's Assistant were very thorough in assessing my condition and prescribing proper treatment. Very impressed. I plan to use their services in the future.

I have the honor of having 23.5 years as Dr Washington’s patient; 23 years since she became my oldests’ pediatrician, 19.5 years since my baby son became her patient, and my youngest has been her patient for 12 years. We have seen a lot of Dr Mitzi as she has been our PCP during this time ;) We have had many medical and life events happen over this time, and Dr M has been there to care and support us for all of it. Her expertise and experience are priceless, and we cannot imagine a better provider. She has caught things quickly- like my gallbladder failing, or my preemies needing therapies, or son needing his tonsils removed after a dozen rounds with strep. Other urgent care providers at Prime Care have been superb as well, and I most appreciate that they collaborate with one another on our care plan if Dr M is available (and she always is, even on days she isn’t in the clinic). 5 stars is not enough!

The facility is spotlessly clean, comfortable and easy to navigate. The staff was professional, friendly, and caring. The wait was brief; physician and PA attended the appointment. Needed an X-ray to rule out certain criteria and the nurse who performed the X-ray was thorough, incredibly knowledgeable and very gentle handling my swollen ankle. Recommend 100%.

I had to visit PrimeCare after falling and injuring my collarbone. The staff there was exceptional. Everyone treated me with kindness and consideration, knowing the pain I was in. I am so thankful for the kindness and care shown by Dr.Katherine Jordan….I would recommend her to anyone. She shows the kind of empathy and concern we all need at in times of injury & pain.

The staff at PrimeCARE are always helpful and welcoming. The service is friendly, the staff are knowledgeable, and they listen to their patients. I’m so grateful to have medical personnel I can trust and go to when I need help. Thank you PrimeCARE!

I’ve been using Prime Care almost 20 years now and have never had a negative visit. The staff always has a happy disposition and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The best thing is I’ve never had to sit in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes before being called back to visit with the nurse practitioner/Doctor.

I was greeted pleasantly and professionally. I felt my visit with Doctor Washington was thorough, caring and upbeat. All staff were friendly and helpful. I will continue to come to Primecare and i will suggest them to people that do not have a primary health facility.

The care you receive there is second to none. They all care so much for my children. I have been taking my children to primecare since they were 3&4 and they are now 16&17. I wouldn't trust my children's health with anyone else.

The clinic is well managed. Employees are respectful of those they serve and work hard to get the best care outcomes while working with their patients. Providers do review tests and procedures completed by other specialists. Dr. Mitzi Washington is very knowledgeable and well networked with numerous Arkansas agencies and providers. The APRNs and PA’s are very good. Techs are skilled at intakes. All employees professionally handle their work. My family have chosen Dr Washington as our primary care provider over 10 years ago. We believe that we are in caring, great hands!

Everyone was so accommodating and patient when listening to me. Marsh, the provider, was thorough and made me feel comfortable sharing with him. Plus, there’s a pharmacy that can fill the scripts quickly!

I’m not one to go to the doctor but Dr. Wornock and his staff made me feel very comfortable. He took time to listen to my concerns and explained very clearly and in layman’s terms so that I would understand. Very respectful. I would highly recommend!

Dr Washington has been my child's doctor for several years. She is an amazing doctor who provides excellent care! Her team is awesome too! They are open 7 days a week currently.

I have always been treated with kindness from the staff and doctor. I could not be more pleased with my doctor. He answers every question I have. He has been very helpful with my health problems. I like the way he takes up time with me and not rushes thru my visit. I like them so well that I changed my insurance that they would take instead of changing doctors.

Both my husband and I chose Dr. John Wornock as our PC. He is a great man and good doctor. The staff are all friendly and kind.

We love the overall atmosphere of PrimeCare. Friendly and attentive staff and easy to walk-in when needed. PrimeCare has been our “go to” for many years.

From arrival for scheduled appointment to exit, every staff member professional and personable. The team coordinated to achieve their specific aspect of my care in a timely and attentive manner, all while providing informative details necessary for me to better understand my health plan of care. We are blessed to have the excellence of this medical team available to our community.

The Nurses and doctors here are amazing. They are knowledgeable and thorough and thoughtful and kind. The staff are so friendly and do an amazing job. I always go to Primecare when I can’t get in to see my primary care physician. 10/10 would recommend

Prime Care always takes great care of me. I am not sick very often but when I am, I am always listened to, diagnosed and medications ordered accordingly.
I always recommend Prime Care to others. Farrah is amazing!! She is also very caring.

Every staff member we encountered was so friendly, kind and gentle with my daughter. Got in and out very quickly. Our APRN Katherine Jordan was excellent - kind, knowledgeable and listened well. Highly recommend!
