Southern Girls BBQ

I've never had a bad experience here. My Dad loves their chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes, and he is super picky. So trust me, they must be great! 😊 Love the homemade desserts and the Pig Pen.

I was staying in town visiting from Oklahoma and got take out. I ordered half a rack of ribs and a pound of sliced brisket. The ribs were outstanding! Very tender and flavorful, and it was a large portion. The sides of beans and okra were great too! The brisket had a nice smoky flavor and also was prepared to perfection. The ladies working there were super friendly too and made sure my order was correct before they let me leave. I hope to visit Pangburn again and when I do…I’ll be back!!!

Stopped by and grabbed 2 catfish dinners to go. Catfish was amazing!! Large fillets and crispy. Sides were also delicious especially fried okra and cole slaw.

We get the fish dinner often always good! The BBQ family pack feeds 4 and is awesome. Their Potato salad is amazing as well as the burgers. Pies and desserts are all homemade and good. We love this place and their food

We ordered takeout and I'll say this it was some of the best BBQ I've had in years the ribs were awesome, we also had the pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans, frys.
Everything was just perfect. The service was spot on. A ++ on Everything

I have ate here several times and have never been disappointed. The food is great no matter what you order!

We've been bye there several times but never stopped in. This time we did and man was it worth it the food was awesome we had the ribs and pulled pork

The Jumbo Brisket sandwich is the best I've had. I strongly recommend it. The Slaw is good and sweet. Always have some put on your sandwich! The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy stopping by on my way to Pleasant Plains. Great staff and really good food. I had the Philly today and it was moist and tender. Very delectable and a pleasant atmosphere to boot.

I had the Catfish and it was very good. Nice, clean restaurant and the staff was very friendly. A winner for sure!
