I appreciate and respect an enormous amount about Spencer. While I would prefer a more aggressive doctor in figuring out issues, I can respect the reasoning behind ruling things out one by one, as slow as that may seem at times. Regardless, I’ve always been treated very well by both the nurse and doc and fully respect and abide by their decisions. My only reasoning for three stars is the management/desk staff. Most of them are super awesome but there are one or maybe two individuals that are extremely difficult to work with or get any valid information from. I don’t understand why, but there are multiple instances of miscommunication or complete lack thereof which is pretty poor considering the doctors and nurses I’ve seen are super awesome. That’s the real reason we see a medical professional..just wish I wasn’t talking to brick wall when I get these individuals on the phone or in person.

This was my first visit to this office. I am searching for a PCP. I was not impressed with Dr. Spencer nor his bedside manners. I encourage you to find a DOCTOR that can communicate with you and vise versa. I felt like the nurse was nice and compassionate, I DO NOT feel Spencer would be a good match for me. Please continue to speak up for quality medical services. I will continue to advocate for myself and others! We have choices! I will not accept subpar services I AM IMPORTANT!

Getting medication refills can be a nightmare. I called requesting a refill on Monday, my message was taken by Doctor Spencer's nurse. Then, on Wednesday, I called and left a voicemail requesting an update. Today is Friday and no one has reached out neither my medication has been refilled.

Washington Family Clinic used to be a great clinic. Not sure what happened, this is not the first time I go through this since the clinic in Rogers with Doctor Searcy closed for good.
