Arby's

I utilized the drive-through to pick up a quick bite for lunch. I appreciated the fact that they have a 2 for $6 deal right now. The drive-through line was a bit slow, but my food was fresh and hot when I received it. The only opportunity for improvement was at the pick-up window. The attendant, in a snarly fashion, questioned why I asked for two different sauce packs - I stated that it was because I had two different sandwiches. She still seemed puzzled by it.

Now open again!!! After remodeling then burning down and completely closing for a long time while they completely removed the old structure and built a new one. Nice new building and restaurant! This location has a bigger parking lot accessible to RV’s and commercial trucks 🛻 with trailers. Our food was great and the service was excellent and accurate!!!🤓

Exceptionally GReaT customer care by one particular employee who was serving at the drive through window. Stopped on my way home down The Gorge a half hour before closing on 9/9/23.
The gentleman at the window went above and beyond to make certain I received food and a beverage for the long drive ahead. He was personable AND professional as well. Wish I had gotten his name to tell you!
Hiring exemplary staff of the caliber he reflected, in showing such kindness, reflects values of a company that care about their product AND the people they serve. I will definitely make this a regular stop before heading home down The Gorge!

I come in often, and am always impressed with a courteous employee ( not always the same one ) who not only remembers my name and order but genuinely is happy to see me! Love this place! You will too!

We don't have an Arby's in our town. We ordered 26 sandwiches to share with family. They were so good about the large order. It was put together quickly and correctly! Highly recommend.

I how many Arby's in so long and it was so nice to get to eat there . Also I downloaded the app and got free food!

The food was scrumptious and fresh. The service was quick for the amount of people we had, which was 8, and the tables were clean.

You know Arby's. Through the app the regular sandwich was on sale for $2. And there is a donation of $1 gets you fries and cheese dip. That's a good day right there.

Service was excellent but the dining room needed to be cleaned up. But I Love the food at Arbys

Super friendly staff who always make sure the food is fresh! Very clean dining area! :) Way better atmosphere than the Burnside location! Will only come to this location!

Sleeping vagrant inside the restaurant though was a turn off.

The lady that took our order, wearing a dungeons and dragons hoodie was super friendly. We had a short wait for our jalapeno poppers so she gave my son an apple pastry. She was engaging us in conversation and was a total boss. Give this woman a raise!!!! And the food was amazing. And I really am not an Arby's fan. But this amazing person changed my mind. I will be returning frequently as the service, the food and the general way we were treated was a breath of fresh air compared to many of the other fast food establishments around here.

Great place, love the decor. Super fast service, and the Roast Beef was awesome, along with the loaded Curly Fries

The food was great. The service was great. The only thing that would have been nice was if the bathroom was a little cleaner.

Food was pretty good Arby's is always a good choice if you're in the mood to get your meat fix and not the grease and fat.

We stopped to grab a small bite, restaurant was clean, staff was super pleasant always a plus. We got one kids meal so it was ready quickly (much appreciated) and fresh.

The Very fun & friendly staff were ready to help me right away when I was in a hurry and very hungry

I made an order at the drive through, totally did not add my burger to my oder. When I called, I spoke with M, she told me to come on down and get a the burger at no charge!
