I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call today, Friday, October 20.that my bike was ready. I wasn’t expecting it until Tuesday, October 24. Your service personnel are great. I dealt with David and he is a very friendly person. I enjoyed talking with him. Every time I have been to your shop, the personnel have been professional and very helpful. Keep up the great work!

Adam in Service had time to discuss all my concerns with the 2015 bullet nosed Raider. His shop changed out the rear tire at a reasonable price, no way I’d do it to save that amount of cash. Mike in Parts helped me decide on a Bridgestone tire slightly different from the OEM tire I had previously replaced once. The Bridgestone rides much better with better control. Thanks Mike.

This is by far the best bike shop in the Portland area. I’ve been using them for the last 10 years and will continue to use them.I highly recommend you go in and see what they have to offer, huge selection! From their service department to their sales team and most importantly their parts department. This is the only shop I use! Michael, back in parts is the MAN!!! I had an issues locating an exhaust for my bike that was back ordered. I called, spoke with Michael and he told me he would give me a callback. I’ve been told this before at other places and never get a callback. He was able to locate one and get me setup immediately. I spent hours looking for exhaust in stock and it took him 10 minutes. 10 out of 10 best shop! Go check them out!

Ordered hard to find parts for '99 wave runner, they were able to source and deliver in a reasonable time considering availability. All parts were genuine Yamaha and packaged with care so everything arrived in perfect condition. Had a bit of a hard time getting a hold of someone for assistance through email, but had no difficulty once I called in. Very pleased overall.

I just emailed for a little information and they were very helpful telling me which jets I needed for my kids small Yamaha Raptor 50. Adam Was not reluctant to help me at all even knowing I was only there for info and wasn’t a paying customer, I appreciated the customer service very much. Would highly recommend.

My new-bike buying experience at Sports Plaza was the best I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Unequivocally. In the past 30 years I have bought new a Jeep, a Chevy Pickup, and two Harleys. None of those dealers treated me anywhere close to as good as Dave.

Specifically, I visited the shop on six (6) separate occasions before even picking up my TW 200. I made an additional eight (8) phone calls in the process. Dave answered at least 100 questions of mine about everything from financing, to maintenance, to longevity, to safety, to where and how to ride. This is NOT hyperbole! He let me take pictures in the back as the bike was just out of the crate and not ready for delivery. By my request, he even met with me out front after a week of ownership just to ride the TW and give me a few more tips. While I am polite, I am not an easy customer.

What about the numbers? Well, Dave gave me a price that was $200 less than any of the 15 dealerships I called or visited in Oregon. Instead of the 1 - 2 month wait for a TW everyone had told me, Dave made a few phone calls to “the ladies in the warehouse,” and got me one in six (6) days. With one day left in August, Dave jumped through hoops to get me Yamaha’s Zero Percent Financing. Yes, that’s free money— and that deal is now gone. Lastly, Dave threw in a pair of dirtbike hand guards au gratis just because I asked.

A more patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and kind salesperson may not exist. But hey, this IS Oregon, not my hometown of New York City! Just another great experience of living in my new state.

Great motorcycle purchase experience with John. He did what was needed to provide me a fair offer to purchase a new motorcycle. I have also had good experience with buying yamaha parts with them in the past. Do recommend.

I needed my back tire replaced on my Zero FX. Adam in service over at Yamaha Sports Plaza was very professional and friendly, he communicated well with what needed to be replaced and left me without a doubt that the job would get done in a reasonable amount of time, and at a reasonable price. I really appreciate the extra attention to detail, and his knowledge of bikes and the parts needed. He called me when the job was finished and was courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend them.

Best thing Yamaha Sports Plaza could of done was to hire Adam . He was so nice on the phone when i called to schedule a appt to get my son's quad serviced with a problem it had even before i even took it home when i first bought it. When my husband took it in for the appt he was so helpful and extremely professional . Thank you Adam for taking care of clients as they should.

A+++ service. Had valves done on the yamaha and the service tech did a great job. Also, they are quick on mounting new tires to the rims. Usually that day.

Great fast service. I needed a tire replaced, they did it on the spot in an hour.
