Lattof Farmhouse Kitchen

My family and I came across this place last year on our way home from our vacation in Rockport last year and have not stopped thinking about it since. We finally came back this year and it is even better then I remembered it being. All the food is homemade with love and care and the people are such lovely down to earth people! The atmosphere is amazing offering just the right amount of shade and sunlight to enjoy your amazing food. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Rockport/Gloucester area for breakfast and/or lunch!

Side note, I saw in one of the older reviews that they only took cash payments but they have since updated this and they accept cash and Venmo so there is another option if you don’t have cash on hand.

Friendliest people, so sweet and caring. The food is always delicious! A fan favorite of my whole family, and all of our friends! Chrissy and Patrick are the best.

One of the most friendliest and quaint places I've been to eat. The food is absolutely Amazing!!! The breakfast sandwiches and muffins are out of this world. Would recommend to anyone who is traveling through Rockport Massachusetts to stop by here and grab a quick bite to eat.

Adorable little farm stand and delicious food!!! We had some fresh brewed iced green tea that were fabulous and the most delicious blueberry muffin ever had!!! Loved it!!

If you’re lucky enough to live near this “gem of a place” and haven’t eaten here..you are missing out! We’ve come all the way from the west coast and have obviously eaten at countless restaurants. This is the one place we WILL come back to. It was a wonderful experience and thee best breakfast food we’ve had on the east coast.

Vibes were great. Coffee was dark but not burnt. Breakfast sandwich was phenomenal. Can’t believe I hadn’t been here before.

Delicious food and coffee, prepared and served by the friendliest owners. All the food is homemade and thoughtfully prepared. They take the extra step to give guests the best experience possible. Highly recommend stopping in for breakfast and/or lunch!

Leslie, who is a cheerleader that active would be lucky to have, recommended the blueberry muffin to me as she was leaving. “More blueberries than batter and they are so good there is a limit for how many you can buy.” Thanks Leslie!

Great little spot to grab a quick breakfast, walking distance from multiple Airbnb and hotels. Service was quick, friendly, and accommodating. Best blueberry muffin I’ve ever had.

We stopped in for breakfast and enjoyed amazing food. The owners honor veterans so my husband’s food was free. We also bought absolutely delicious brownies and muffins for the road. Super nice folks own and run this cute little venue. You won’t be disappointed!!!

The Blueberry muffins are to die for

When my wife and I come to the area from Miami this is the first place we go to

The breakfast egg n cheese sandwich was fantastic as well… superior to fancy breakfast eateries and much less expensive.

I wish I had room for the Shakes which also looked great

The staff of Christy and Patrick are super welcoming and treat you like family

There are many clean and large outdoor tables for eating bathed in sunlight in the morning with serene greenery all around you

Having breakfast in these surroundings is Heavenly

This is a Must See and Visit if you’re in the Gloucester and Rockport area

As good luck would have it, my husband and I swung by Lattof Farmhouse Kitchen for lunch on a whim this past Friday and we were so impressed by every aspect of our experience! It was truly too good to keep to ourselves. We’ve already name dropped this hidden gem to a handful of family members and friends, but the internet needs to know, too.

First things first, the place smelled absolutely amazing, so we had a feeling the food would be equally as awesome! Spoiler alert: it was.

Next thing to note, the service was second to none. Seriously, I’m not sure the people who run this place could be kinder or more welcoming if they tried! It’s easy to see that a whole lot of heart has gone into everything that comes out of this kitchen.

Last, but not least and as previously alluded to, our lunch was legitimately incredible. So much so, in fact, we did our future selves a favor and grabbed a few breakfast items to-go for the next day before we hit the road! Pro-tip: be sure to get yourself some of Chrissy’s blueberry muffins. Bursting with fresh fruit, basically all the berries are just barely held together by batter, which is pretty much muffin perfection in my book!

I happened by this place and stopped in—so happy that I did! I had the best egg salad sandwich and a delicious dark cup of coffee. The anadama bread was fresh and hot from the oven and the service was warm and welcoming. The table seating is all outside on a pretty plot next to the cafe. I definitely recommend this place and I look forward to stopping by again! Thank you very much!

Can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone in the area. Great food and friendly owners who seemed delighted to chat about our visit to the area. When my wife and I dream of running our own farm to table food spot one day, this is exactly what I picture!
