The team at Giblees is great. I not only went to them for my wedding 2 years ago, but my brother-in-law went to them for his wedding last year as well. I went in on Sunday March 17th to buy a suit, and Nick couldn’t have been more helpful. I was in & out within 40 minutes. He made the process easy & comfortable. I recommend everyone to come here for all their tuxedo/formal needs.

After a terrible experience at men’s Warehouse, my Fiancé and I were so happy with the service we got when we went to our appointment here.

Our sales rep Steve was fantastic. He was extremely personable and really took the time to help us understand all of our
options for both rentals and buy choices.

We found exactly what we were hoping for, for both he and his groomsmen for our wedding.

From start to finish our experience for the first appointment was great. It was efficient and to the point time wise, without feeling at all rushed. Steve covered all the options and any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

I went in for a bow tie and pocket square for my son to wear to his GFs prom. It had to match her dress. John,(the worker w the Boston tattoos on his arms ) was very nice,super helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. We left still unsure if it was a perfect match to her dress. Well last night was prom and they looked amazing.
The bow tie/pocket square were the perfect amount of color to pull them together. Super happy with Gibley Danvers MA. I would 100% recommend any one prom or wedding shopping to go see John. Last year for my son’s prom we went to “Men’s Warehouse, Medford MA. It was a sh!t show. With all employees there. (We went 4 times fixing all the mistakes that the employees kept making with my son’s suit).

I cannot thank the incredible team over at Giblees Tuxedo by Sarno enough. Specifically, I'd like to shout out Mike from the Danvers location on Andover St - from the moment I walked into the shop to the moment I dropped off my groomsmen's rental tuxes, Mike took care of me.

For context, I was a walk-in when I met Mike, having just come from a terrible experience searching for my wedding tux at a nearby location (let's call them Wen's Marehouse...). With my head hanging low, Mike picked up the energy and efficiency in getting me into the perfect tuxedo. Not only that, but he was able to walk me through picking out the rental tuxes for my groomsmen. I purchased my tux, so I definitely appreciated Mike's expertise and attention to detail when I was browsing all the great options.

Mike then made himself available for any questions and troubleshooting, as my wife and I wrangled a bunch of disorganized twenty-somethings to get fitted and pick up their tuxes in the proper locations around the Northeast. But the kicker is... every single one of them handled it with ease, thanks to the clear instructions and impeccable organization on Mike's end. All my guys needed to do was just show up, pay, and say "Thank you!" Truly couldn't have been easier on them.

On the day-of, if any of them needed alterations, they just walked in and Mike and the team took care of it on-the-spot. My wedding venue was nearby, but I believe you can do this at any Sarno location. Every person in our wedding party looked and felt like a million bucks. I've never felt more confident in my appearance, and I'm so happy with my purchase (and with my new married life!!).

I know that this review is almost entirely about Mike, but every other person in that store was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and warm. It's just a good vibe every time you walk into the store. Thank you to the team, and I can't wait to send all my buddies here for their weddings.

I took my friends son who is special needsto Gibleys for tux. They warned me it would be tough. It was very crowded being May. It was finally my friend Joshua's turn. Seth was great , fast and very kind. There was no melt down , Josh did great. He said when all done that Seth awesome.

I have shopped on two separate occasions at Giblees. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming. All staff were friendly and not overbearing. Natalie was phenomenal, her professionalism and knowledge shines through. She made me and my husband feel comfortable right away and we trusted her expertise. The quality of clothing and service is top notch. I love that it’s a family owned/operated business who takes pride in their work/customers. I even found some Aviator Nation clothing for my teen daughter! I will definitely return again.

I’ve been shopping at Giblees for years and it’s always an excellent experience. I’m not great with fashion, but the staff is incredibly helpful, making sure I always leave looking sharp.

I went to Giblees on my lunch break not expecting to buy anything, just killing time. The staff was great, not at all pushy, let me roam around without hovering over me. I was really impressed with the quality of the clothing and ended up purchasing a Travis Mathew golf jacket. Despite what I had heard about Giblees being pricey, the cost was in line with what other outlets charge for similar high quality clothing. I like the layout of the store and the staff was great, I’ll definitely be going back.

I'm in town for a wedding. My suit was wrinkled because of travel. I had my suit pressed there. They did a fantastic job. I wanted to pay, but they insisted that a good additude was payment in full.
The store is amazing, a traditional clothing store. Like when a store wanted the customer's business. Refreshing 😊

I went to Giblees in Danvers where Mr Hunter of the Formalwear Division promptly accommodated me. He took the time to insure a perfect fit on. This courtesy on such short notice is a sure sign of a well run professional business and is greatly appreciated
