Tillamook DMV

I had an excellent experience at the DMV today, and it's all thanks to Brian. He was incredibly quick and efficient in processing my documents, and his friendly and professional demeanor made the entire process so much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate his efforts in making my visit to the DMV a great one. Highly recommend!

Best DMV I've been to. Helpful and fast

Quick and easy to get drivers licence. would have had to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment near Portland. We dropped in and completed the whole process in about an hour. The staff was very helpful.

I know this review is months late, but better late than never. Back at the beginning of 2022, I was trying to get registration and plates for a rv conversion that was unusually long. The lady there worked very hard to help me since it fell out of the length limits for RV’s. She didn’t want me to have to leave there with nothing so she finally was able to issue Heavy Vehicle plates. Best DMV I’ve been to that was not a privatized location. Thanks for your help! I will keep going here even though it’s three hours away from Florence.

Small office, but very pleasant and helpful. Took care of my business in about 15 minutes total, even though they were busy.

Probably shouldnt tell everyone the secret, Ive been coming to this dmv over others for ten years, even though Ive lived in PDX and Coos. Its got the same vibe as going to nanas for dinner. Very homey, same two(?) employees that are always happy and helpful. You would have thought they were expecting tips or something, because theyre so accommodating.

Wait time was about 40min. Not bad.

I chose this location to avoid the hustle and bustle of the valley.
Totally worth it!

Our Tillamook DMV is friendly, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I've never had a bad experience at our hometown DMV.

We went in today with a complicated car/title issue. Instead of the "normal", big city "we could care less about you" DMV atmosphere; we had an amazing experience! Brian was very knowledgeable and really took the time to look at our paperwork and find a solution. We talked and joked a bit as he worked. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and even a handshake at the end. You don't get customer service like that much anymore. Great job Brian and great job Tillamook DMV :)

Best DMV ever. Small, never too busy, staffed with helpful people who live here. Time from arrival to new plates (including VIN physical inspection) and on my way....13 minutes. I never dread going here. Oh, and two year registrations is so smart...thanks, Oregon.

Very pleased with the service I received at Tillamook's DMV. Renewing my driver's license took all of 5 minutes tops, including filling out application, vision test, picture, and payment. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.....not the DMV of 20 years ago! Awesome!

The Gentleman on duty was very polite and was so helpful with getting our vehicle titled and registered within 15 minutes. Thanks for the great and quick service.

The best experience/ service I have had at any DMV in over 50 years in multiple states. They were doing their best with the constraints of Covid and the woman who helped me could not have been any nicer!!

Live in Connecticut for a while and you will never....ever......ever complain about the Oregon DMV.....I actually enjoy going to our local DMV in Tillamook both the full time staff are friendly and very fast. Two thumbs up, I only hope they can both stay there forever! Obviously there are some busy times, but just think ahead and you can usually make it in and out in 30 mins or less.

Really great service - super busy but moves quickly. Brian was the only one working and was kind and through with everyone.

Best DMV there is!!! Never more than a a 10 minute wait, nice employees, and smooth service! I’ve found that it is actually sometimes quicker to make the drive from Beaverton to Tillamook and go to the DMV there, than to wait at the one closer to where I live.

Hour are weird, so check the website. People who work there are knowledgeable and quick. They are busy, but I wasn't there longer than 40 minutes.
