Rameshia provided excellent customer support for me when I was wanting to figure out the taxes on my new car I had just purchased she also had gotten me my new motorcycle license endorsement a week back and was very friendly and funny and made the experience pleasant.

I moved into the area about a year ago from Illinois and I have to say I’ve always had positive encounters at this DMV / Revenue office. I’ve needed to stop by this location at least 6 times since the move and every clerk that helped me was amazingly helpful and friendly. Also, the wait times (varied from 2 to 40 minutes) are much shorter than my experiences in Illinois. I like the fact that they will allow you to return the same day if needed without having to pull another number (so that you don’t have to wait at the end of the line again). They didn’t have that option where I came from ;) Fayetteville Revenue Office, keep up the good work!

The best DMV experience I ever had. I had the absolute pleasure of talking to sherell while getting my license, and she is a lovely women! She cares about the people she talks to, and seems to enjoy her job! She was also very informative which was helpful because I am a new resident. Someone needs to get her a raise ASAP!

Fast and friendly. There were 20 people ahead of me today after accessing. I sat maybe 15 to 20 minutes. I had number 39 and when I began they were helping number 17. I was registering a new vehicle and getting a new driver's license. By the time I was finished and walking out the door they were working on number 50. I don't know why their reviews are so bad. Besides the wait, they have always been courteous.

Helpful staff and efficient service! We were helped by the assessor at the far right desk (forgot to get her name) and she was fantastic! She was so helpful and friendly - she made our dreaded trip to the DMV so pleasant! We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Definitely the best experience I've had at a state revenue office.

The staff here are really spectacular!
I dealt with assessment, collections, and the motor vehicle departments. Sue Skipper was great, and Sharon was so helpful! I'm 43, have lived in three states, and am amazed with how helpful these people were today!

Nice ladies always help with a smile. They stayed an hour over to help everyone who was inside already waiting..I was one of the last people and they didn't rush or anything just super nice and took care of me..

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a revenue office. I came in to renew my license and was out the door within 35 minutes. Service is prompt and wait times are short! Staff gets things done here and is very efficient.

The best service I have ever received from a revenue office. It usually takes me more than an hour waiting on line for renewing my car registration from other counties. At Fayettevillle Revenue Office, it only took me like 8 min to get my new tag sticks. Staffs were more friendly and more than happy to help me get my new registration.

Danielle is very friendly and helpful here. I went in for a tag renewal, I paid my property tax and got assessment online, and even though it would've been a 10 day process, she and others here helped me get it within an hour. Lea, Melissa, and Joyce @ County Assessor were very helpful too! Thanks again!

It was very quick and they are very friendly.. I got my car registration and drivers license all done with one clerk and didn't have to stand in 2 separate lines.

Kinda busy need to cut down the wait time ,
to many of the workers set around doing nothing.

I'm not used to being treated well in public offices, but this was an exception. Every time (until now) the staff was friendly and polite.

It has improved much over the years. Multi-year vehicle registration and driver's licenses has helped considerably.

If you can go at the right time there are no lines and staff is very helpful and nice.
