Dr. Henderson and his staff have been taking care of my family and I for twenty years. We have never been disappointed. Patients are treated like family, technology is up to date, and you will never want to go to another dentist after coming here!

Love Dr. Henderson! His staff is very personable and always help me with my young child. When it's my turn, his staff help keep her entertained. Wonderful, patient and family oriented. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent dentist appointment today!! My hygienist was a dear friend of mine and she did an incredible job!! Friendly staff and adorable office with great music which is hard to come by. ;-)

Love Dr. Henderson and his staff! It is a small practice which I love because they always remember me and I feel like I get special one on one care. They always make me feel very welcome and comfortable.

Have been going to see Dr Henderson for over 20 years. Have enjoyed being a patient there with friendly staff, hygienists and the Dr himself. In the years past when having work done he would come in and check the work of his staff to make sure the tooth was great before I left. Sadly my experience last week has left me in debilitating pain. Requiring me to go to a oral surgeon now. My appointment there will be approximately 16 days after the painful event. The Dr apparently did not care about the pain I am in as basically prescribed really nothing for this pain. I even wonder if the "crown" he stated needed replacing really did. I mean I was not having any problems nor pain with it whatsoever. People are basically trained to believe their Dr's no matter what . I have absolutely learned a valuable and very very expensive lesson from this. Frankly not even sure how I am going to pay the Oral Surgeon on Thursday as I am on disability and my husband doesn't can't work either. I am not one to do a review but the phrase that Dr's are not to do harm is becoming a lost art.

Terrible experience. Rude and incapable staff. Apparently verifying insurance is too complicated of a task. I was in Dr. Hendersons chair when he told me I needed a new crown on one of my molars, and asked his staff to verify if my insurance would cover the procedure, they said it did. He continued with it. The temporary crown kept falling out, And then I went in for the installation of the permanent molar (still under the impression that the insurance will cover it) Tommy surprise the staff didn't verify my insurance and I was expected to pay for the entire procedure.
When I called back to try and fix this, the staff assured me they were going to get the recorded conversation with the insurance company and try and fix this, they never did. Which leads me to believe they never made the call to begin with.
Last time I called to offer to pay half of what I owed (which would've been the case regardless) and to see if they would take care of the rest, since it was reported in my credit. The staff was unbelievably rude.

They must be really hurting for $$

Terrible experience. Two additional procedures that I did not ask for were done and charged while I was under anesthetic. I could only afford one at the time since I had no insurance. I was told I could differ payment until a later date only to be told a few months later that date was changed to much sooner. Not to mention the original procedure is still leaving me with over sensitivity before the procedure occurred.

Find a different dentist.
