I've placed several sweatshirt orders over the last year with Riffraff because their products are not only great looking but also are of the highest quality. They always ship promptly and offer excellent above-and-beyond customer service! They are now my Go-To store for gifts. If you haven't tried a corded sweatshirt, order one now...Fabulous.

I ordered a sweatshirt on the website for in-store pickup and an order on the app for shipping. The girls were extremely helpful with trying to switch my orders around and making it as easy as possible. Been shopping here for years and am always impressed with their products!

I have been buying from Riffraff for years and looooove them. Had an issue with my most recent order contacted them via email and customer support was and always has been top notch. Kali Harrison is a rockstar! My order was already in the process of being fulfilled and I reached out to Kali and asked if I can get a different size. In under 2 hours, she was able to find my package, unwrap it and swap it to a different size! This is my first time ordering from Riff Raff and it won't be my last. Thank you so much for such amazing customer service, it's greatly appreciated!

My daughter loves Riff Raff! I hadn't been in the store in over a year. I didn't see anything I personally wanted. Since then they posted their Thanksgiving shirts and she called me right away. 😊

I’ve been purchasing from Riffraff over the past year, and I’ve been happy with my purchases. I agree that the customer service could improve. I tried reaching out to them and never received a response. The product I ordered was not the fabric content as described. It was a cheap top, so not a big deal. I just donated it. I will continue to buy from Riffraff because I adore everything else I have purchased. They have awesome sales, and I love that they’re a small and somewhat local business.

I really hated to see all the negative reviews about customer service. I’m glad I never saw this review site before I placed my order so I could make my own opinion. This was actually my first time ordering from Riffraff and I absolutely love your online store!! During the holiday season, I had an unfortunate experience with my Riffraff package. I was devastated and had no idea what I was going to do. I searched for my package, even to the next county but to no avail no luck. Emily and her co workers were so kind and helpful to me during this time. I was in tears as I had gotten most of my Christmas gifts and some for myself too and they were just gone. I just wanted to thank Emily for taking the time to help me get through this difficult situation. Their customer service is top notch and everyone could take a lesson from them. They are very attentive, answer questions in a timely manner and if they don’t know the answer themselves, they will find someone that does so that they can get you the help you need. So, to everyone at Riffraff… THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊 FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!! 💗 And I love 💗 all of my stuff and can’t wait to get the rest!! I wish there was a store close to me! I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Riffraff is one of my favorite boutiques in town! They have the cutest clothes that are always on trend and they’re good quality. It’s always a good experience when I shop in person because the girls are always sweet and helpful. If you are new to town or even just passing through, you absolutely have to stop by the square. Their online shopping experience is super easy and I love the text marketing they do. You immediately get notified of sales and special launches so you don’t miss out. This is a small local business ran by women who love what they do and it shows.

I have had my eye on Riffraff products for awhile; and finally got a couple of items last month. When I received my first order, the package was damaged, and the lake sweatshirt I was so excited for, was missing... I reached out to customer service, and they were so quick to get me a replacement! The quality is amazing, and the products are so fun! I will be adding Riffraff to my usual shopping rotation : )

I have been shopping at Riff Raff since 2010! I have consistently had fantastic experiences and love the variety of items they sell, especially the Charlie southern and Friday + Saturday brands! All my tshirts at this point are from them! I’ve had great customer service experience every time, even when I’ve made a mistake that they didn’t really have to fix. They still go above and beyond to take care of my orders for me no matter what. I live out of town now so most of my shopping is online and I always get my orders very quickly! I love when I can get back to Fayetteville and have time to go into the store! The store is always well stocked and clean!

I have no idea how riffraff is getting these bad reviews. I am from Fayetteville and have been shopping online and in store for 8+ years. When I say that I mean half of my closet is always RR and I am the first person there during every event- so I spend a lot of time shopping with RR!! They have amazing customer service and any issue or question I’ve ever had has been dealt with and I’ve been so happy with their responses. This small business works really hard for their customers and I appreciate that! All of the girls are always so kind no matter what. I will continue to shop here forever!

I have been shopping online with RiffRaff for years. They carry the cutest clothing and design the coolest custom tees. I’ve always received my orders in a timely manner. They have a great website— super easy to shop! I hope to visit the Fayetteville store one day. Thank you for having such a neat store!

The staff is so friendly and accommodating!! Their customer service rep is seriously so nice, not sure why so many people are saying she's unprofessional? Their online store has such an amazing selection of clothing and i love all of the homegoods and giftable items in their storefront!! 100% recommend this amazing small business!!

I think the majority of my clothes are from Riffraff! I love this store, both the local storefront and the online shopping experience. If you visit the storefront, you will be greeted by and interact with the shop girls. Such a fun atmosphere where you can find everything from clothing to accessories to gift items and more! I typically shop online and always get my orders delivered way faster than I expect them (and free shipping)! I love that Riffraff carries a variety of vendors so you can expect to see all of your everyday basic items right along with super unique and trendy items. Favorite boutique by far!!

Riffraff is my go to when it comes to all outfits! Not only do they have dressy options but their comfort section is always trendy! The Riffraff team is always so helpful when needing an outfit and also if there are any issues I have! I live in TN and still choose to shop local in AR because they are THAT GOOD!

Customer service was super responsive when I had a question about shipping, and the clothes are just as cute in person as they looked online!! RiffRaff boutique is one of the best in the US! The customer service is always wonderful and they have amazing deals! I purchased a dress during their amazing boxing day sale and there was an issue with the tracking (not the boutiques fault) they looked into it right away and refunded my shipping even though it wasn't their fault and I hadn't asked! You will always have a loyal customer here! Thank you!
