Gluten free chicken. Tell them so they can put a red flag on it because they will be careful .

I don’t give many fives. I’d like to give them a 4.6 . Nah I’m gonna go ahead and give them a five. The place is always fast , the kids are always polite -pretty rare that my order ever gets messed up. They run that drive-through right.

I am giving this mostly because they have gluten-free chicken nuggets. Well they’re like grilled naked nuggets. But I never get sick when I eat them which is a giant plus for me.
I’m not celiac but I am gluten intolerant. So far I have tolerated these.

And I like their kale salad. I just like the fact that they have a vegetable so many places don’t have green vegetables especially a fast food place. I wish every fast food place had a healthy green option.

Close-up of that grilled char chicken . Not too dry for me either which is rare at most places. I’ll probably shouldn’t eat it but I like the Polynesian sauce. I love the Chick-fil-A sauce but I need to avoid it for now.

My son and I came for lunch Chick-fil-A today, we were enjoy, happy inside, and very satisfied with all staff.
They was very welcome, pleasant, and friendly. Good environment and clean❤. My house only take 6 minutes and I have been driving to work and pass Chick-fil-A veryday but I did not stop by to order because my son and I have bad experience 2 years ago. We were order and drive thru to pick up. The lady gave us the food so ruded with annoyed face. I said thank you so much and she was ignored. My son said, “mommy don’t go this store again, we didn’t do anything wrong why she annoy us”. The food was tasted bad when we were unhappy. After that, every time we want Chick-fil-A, we was drive 20 minutes from our house to order. The Chick-fil-A near my house is busy everyday, I think, they are really don’t need my order, they still have many customers. I just say, the food more delicious if we receive a good service!

1st time trying Chick-fil-A and was amazed how the grilled chicken nuggets were tender juicy and seasoned to perfection. Not the same old fastfood nugget. Definitely worth trying and will return for more with their Polynesian sauce.

Grabbed a quick lunch here on a stressful road trip. Alan was such a breath of fresh air - he was pleasant and helpful and the jokes were hilarious. Our food came out quickly despite them being very busy. Everything was correct, hot, and delicious. Ate in the store and the tables were all clean. Got refills without much effort at all. All and all a perfect CFA experience!

You might not think having a clean bathroom is a big deal, but it is and I'm impressed with this Chick-fil-A's bathroom even though it's way busy. The staff are amazing too, so polite and helpful and working hard. I give the food no rating because I order just drinks, I don't eat chicken.

This location is always swamped. I can't tell you how many times I've seen the line three or 4 cars deep into the street. I don't know how they do it, but the food is great if you have the patience for a lot of traffic on foot and by car.

Was in town to watch my son run Chilli Pepper. STOP TO eat here it was amazing

I love Chick-fil-a. The problem with every store is there is seldom enough space to accommodate all customers. Chick-fil-a should design their drive thru to accommodate the insane amount of customers.

Always great food and service this chic fil a is honestly my favorite in NWA.

Just your average Chick-Fil-A with amazing service and food. They are always super busy though, so beware when you're driving east down MLK around dinner time because it usually holds up traffic in the right lane.

I usually get the chicken nuggets and fries, which are perfection as always.

Awesome food & service every time! I've been coming here for years and it's always pleasant and the food is so yummy. I haven't tried their mac-n-cheese yet though. This location does fundraising events for Single Parent Scholarship of NWA, which rocks, too!!

Great food and great service. I needed a certain type of bun/bread for my sandwich, and they were wonderful about making sure that I received what I needed.

Huge shout out to the Chick Fil A on MLK. Their crew is awesome! They were beyond packed and the drive thru was out to the road. They had 10-15 crew members in the parking lot, taking orders, taking payments, directing traffic, and delivering orders. AND they did it all with the CFA signature customer service. Impressive.

Easy going staff. Helpful. Good, fast food.

While the line and wait were quite long (as to be expected with almost any Chick-fil-A), the service was top tier from the person who took our order outside to the one who brought our food and drinks to our car before we even got to the window. The food came out hot and tasting as good as ever which was honestly so nice after working a long shift.

You have made your parking lot a nightmare. Horrible absolutely 💯 not worth it anymore. I can't even go in to order in store without waiting in a slow drive thru line
If I wanted drive thru ok to wait
But why block off an entry and make me wait 20 minutes just to get in wait another 10 to find a spot then wait for order. You need to fix that parking lot. I won't be back until an effort is made

I didn't eat today (on a Fast), just had liquid. I enjoyed the pleasant jovial atmosphere today of students and families, and even the Chick-fil-A workers who express amiabiity toward their customers. Hey, I can't help it. They are my favorite fast food restaurant. "RC"

It's almost always a chaotic wait in the line, but the food is hot and fresh when you get it. There's more order in the drive thru since they remodeled it. The only drawback is that you expect the express lane to be faster but it usually isn't.
