I really appreciated Lily's willingness to explain different options and to be so informative and helpful with figuring out how styling. I would never go anywhere else! Scarlett and her team are welcoming, professional, and fun. They provide top notch hair service from cut to color, men’s and women’s, styling and blowouts, that make me feel Iike I’ve got big city hair in a small town. High recommend!!

I booked with Lily and she was phenomenal. She took time to explain each step so that I can achieve the same look at home. She was very knowledgeable and friendly too!

This is such a pleasant and welcoming place to get a haircut! Kaylin is an awesome hairstylist - she was super knowledgeable and patient while working with me to figure out what I wanted. In addition to a fantastic haircut, she gave me really helpful advice about styling and what types of products would work best for the style I was going for. All the other stylists I interacted with were also really friendly and kind - it was such a positive environment.

Love this place!! Such a fun and inviting salon. The stylists are amazing and make you feel comfortable. Finn does an amazing job with their texture shifts! They even remembered me from my first appointment (which was 6 months prior). Thank you for helping me love my hair again. 🥰

Kaylin is absolutely amazing, listened attentively to what I was asking for. She made me feel comfortable and safe (I have social anxiety and I don't like my face or hair to be touched). I have been cutting my own hair for over 20 years because I always feel uncomfortable in a salon and I am always disappointed with the results. She was polite with small talk but was comfortable and intuitive with knowing that continuous chat wasn't necessary (for me). I felt cared for. I literally walked out of the Salon with tears in my eyes not only because of the experience, but because she gave me beautiful long layers and kept my length. ❤

I love Highground Hair Space! The space is inviting and fun, and the staff strives to make all bodies feel comfortable and welcome. Scarlett and her staff are professional, and I have never doubted their abilities. I've been with Scarlett for years, and I think of her as my hair therapist. She can assess lifestyle and give you exactly what you want. I've had my hair colored, cut and extensions. I can recommend all of these services.

Scarlett is one in a million! Every time I go, I leave feeling better. She will get to know you, get to know what you love about your hair, and celebrate it. She'll also learn what you hate about your hair and work with you so you can love all of it again! She is priceless! She's a real professional, at the top of her game, but still a genuinely good human being with a lot of love for what she does and the people she does it for. You won't regret the experience.

Finn straight up changed my life in 30 minutes today. Killer haircut, and super cool little shop. I only had a few reference pics and some vague details but they caught the vibe I was going for right away, and checked in with me about everything they had in mind. I had struggled to find the best place to get the style I was looking for- but Finn really knocked it out of the park. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome cut. Will be back soon!

Highground Hair Space is the best salon I've ever been to! Scarlet and Tyler are so kind and fun that the time flies by. I was able to show them a TikTok girl's hair and they replicated it so well from one video. They are high quality professionals who truly care about giving you the look you want.

Awesome experience and hair styling. Scarlett is a pro and set up a great space. Very clean and proper steps taken to keep customers COVID safe. She has pretty good taste in music, too.

It was my first time visiting and fantastic care and attention was paid to dialing in what I wanted with my haircut with lots of room for feedback, which is much appreciated when trying a new salon. Scarlett is an amazing hair stylist and this is a gem of a salon!

I don't even know to begin with Scarlett. She is an absolute blessing. My hair journey with hair stylists started at age 9 when I was deemed as having "difficult hair". Curly, course, unruly, etc. When I met Scarlett I was resigned to hating my hair. Managing it was the goal.

Scarlett is the most in-depth, knowledgable, and results producing hair stylist and colorist I've had in my 22 emotion-packed years of getting my hair done. When I was a platinum blonde she was upfront on about damage it was doing to my hair and what it would take to upkeep (and she was right!). When I decided to transition to a more natural blonde she was there, and walked me through what it would take and what my hair needed to be healthy. She tells me exactly what she's doing as she's doing it and has given me more insight on how my hair works in the past 4 years than I've ever gotten in the past. I don't hate my hair anymore because Scarlett effectively explained to me what was happening and how to deal with it.

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time, but I wasn't sure how to put it in words. She is an amazing stylist and colorist, but most importantly an absolutely incredible person.

The team is friendly and talented. Kaylin is who I see and she's always has some great story to tell. Such a cozy space and I look forward to seeing it develop in the future. I appreciate all the safety precautions taken during these uncertain times. Arsagas will deliver to you. Nice touch.

This team is incredible. You walk in knowing that you are going to be treated with respect, and welcomed in just as you are. This is a space where everyone is working to lift each other up, and bring expertise to making others feel comfortable in their own skin (and hair). I walk out with quality service, quality products, quality advice for home styling, and quality connection.

Hands down the best salon I have ever been to. From the moment you walk into the door it’s clear that you are accepted as you are, and in the hands of passionate and professional people who are excited about what they do and the energy is contagious. I entered with a very vague idea of what it was that I wanted, and left with beautiful hair and a big smile on my face.

Ive been going to Finn for ages now and not once have I got a haircut that wasn’t the best haircut i’ve ever had. Last time I walked in, Finn asked me what we’re doing, I told them I had a party that night, and they gave me a haircut that they told me would get me laid. This was an understatement. I was mating like a catholic rabbit for months. Always a bang up job.
