Candlewood Suites Fayetteville-Univ of Arkansas, an IHG Hotel

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They were being renovated during my recent stay, but still a very nice room with a nice kitchen set up. My stay was quiet, and the staff were absolutely amazing with their customer service. Their location was perfect for our needs due to a college graduation. We had a flat tire on our rental car, and the front desk staff gave us vouchers for a free breakfast, and it was not their issue. The rooms were clean and tidy. I appreciated their little store in the lobby as well. Everyone made an exhausting trip much more of a pleasure. I appreciate the hospitality shown to our family. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll make sure to book there. Thank you!

Had business in Oklahoma but this was the nearest hotel. The rooms are equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and full fridge. The location is quiet and peaceful. But the winner was the staff and their hospitality! Every single one of these ladies were kind and professional. For my first time in Arkansas this team left a lasting impression!

We were able to get a last-minute room (after a minor planning emergency) the weekend of UA graduation, and it worked very well for our needs. Close to everything, clean and quiet. A special thanks to the staff for accommodating our request to check in a little early -- at 1 p.m. before the usual 3 p.m. time. We greatly appreciated it. The lot in front of the hotel was under construction (looks like a gas station is going in?) so it made it a little confusing to get there, but regardless, everything was quiet and clean.

Great rate. Super staff. Very clean and comfortable room. We will stay again.

We stayed here in the middle of a snow storm. And even tho the electric kept going out. Which they did try to fix. They met all of our needs. And was very nice people. The rooms were very clean. I love how it came with a mini kitchen. Full sized fridge and microwave. A stove. And some silverware.
It had a recliner and a little work area.

Staff is very courteous, polite, and always welcoming. The room was clean and very comfy. It's pretty central so you have access to all major food chains and bars in the area.

A big shout out to the Operations Manager this is by far one of my best hotel experiences!! Will definitely come again.

The shower pressure was amazing. Seriously. After traveling for 13 hours that day a nice long and hot shower was great. The shower products were also amazing. The front desk ( Miranda) was phenomenal even when we got in at 12 am. She was very very accommodating and just overall pleasant and nice. The bed had great pillows and was clean! No complaints :) great for doggo too!

Clean Queen Suite. It's not the newest hotel in town but it is very well maintained. The staff are friendly and so helpful. They do not serve breakfast, however we were provided a voucher to Jimmy's eggs which we had planned on trying

We stayed here for a couple of night. Nicest staff, rooms very more than adequate. We had a queen studio that included a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, really just about anything you cod need for a few days or longer. Nice and clean, quiet, no bugs, comfortable newish beds. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Great place for a reasonable stay! Staff are attentive and considerate. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Have stayed here a couple times and they are consistent.

LOVE the rooms , the suites are very comfortable.... I stay here instead of many others available because THE BEDS and PILLOWS ARE SOOOOOO COMFORTABLE, THE SHHETS ARE INCREDIBLY SOFT. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Apparently pet friendly (had a guest above me with a mid sized dog that sounded like a HORSE) other than that I have not had a problem. I have stayed here three times, and will again unless booked up.

I'm not sure what staff people are dealing with that aren't helpful but my experience with the staff was fantastic. They were very helpful and accommodating. To the point of even helping when a mistake with a 3rd party put my reservation on the wrong day.
The rooms themselves are also quite nice, with the only possible thing that could have been better being the chair that was in our room having some scratches. A pretty minor issue in my eyes and one likely cause by careless guests and not the hotel itself.

The place came highly recommended from 2 different friends in the area who have visitors from out of state often. Everything they said was 100% true. This place was clean had great provisions the Room was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. Everything you'd was taken care of and again extremely clean. We're not gonna look for another place next time we go we're just heading straight to Candlewood Suites. We highly recommend this location and their friendly staff.

We were really impressed during our short stay. The room was immaculate and bed so comfortable. Clerk friendly and helpful. We got a discount because of family being in the hospital, which was veey nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Very satisfied with my stay. Rooms were well kept. Free WiFi, 24 hour gym access, DVD player in my room with access to my choice of DVDs in the lobby. But if you're just looking to watch regular Tv, they have several channel selections through Cox. Room also had a full kitchen. Including a set of dishes such as cups, cookware and silverware. Also a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker and freezer so there was never a need for filling my ice bucket(but they do have the machines for it). The only issue I had with the hotel was, you could hear everything above you. But other than that, this was just an overall amazing hotel. And the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for nice place to stay.

Large clean room and a friendly staff with a nourishing breakfast at a restaurant close by...couldn't ask for a better hotel for the price!!! Glad we stayed there!!

We've stayed here once before and everything was great!! Comfy beds, very quiet. Entrance is kinda hidden due to construction.

3rd stay in 2 weeks. Great staff, clean and spacious rooms, nice big tub-bathroom very clean. Beds are perfect! Love the pillows, wish I had some like this at home!!!
