We were sad when the icecream was out, but then the staff went above and beyond to care for us. Definitely coming back on the next drive through!

Ordered a big meal and had to wait a little while because this establishment was busy but I understand. While we were waiting I took my daughter in to use the restroom and on the way out she got a free ice cream cone. So great customer service and super friendly

Are you guys magicians? I went in to grab some lunch while waiting for my car to be done at the shop. Not only were the people working the register polite and friendly, one of them handed me my order BEFORE I COULD EVEN PUT MY CHANGE AWAY! Amazing service. Pretty sure you guys must either be psychic or have a time machine. Either way - thank you and great job. Food was great, too!

They have a high turnover rate there, but still manage to always make one of the best plain Jane cheeseburgers in Tillamook.

The staff went above and beyond expectations. My service dog turned 10 today, and I stopped to buy her an ice cream cone. It was delivered with a dog treat and a Happy Birthday song. 🎂

It's a pretty standard McDonald's. If you like McDonald's there's no reason to stay away from this one. Though the drive through intercepts the parking lot a good amount which can be annoying to navigate.

Went here for my nephews birthday party and the young man who worked the counter was 10/10 amazing! He was very helpful, checked in with us to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. Overall he made the experience there even better!

I absolutely love McDonald's and always have 😊❤ my favorites to order are a sausage McGriddle, Sausage biscuit, Sausage and cheese McMuffin, Cheese burger, small french fries, a Pepsi, or Coke a Cola, and Filet O Fish sandwich without the cheese.

Fast food was good, lady at the counter was awesome!

The employees here are so sweet, they make you happy and feel valued. They also work so hard and always have a smile on their face! I always try to come here, it just makes my day better

Exceptional service under low staffing conditions. Our group was served quickly and efficiently. They opened the dining space for us as we were a large group and drive through was not an option. The manager went out of his way for each and every customer I observed being served this morning! Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!

This is honestly one of the nicest customer oriented service I have experienced in town. Even though it can be understaffed at times, they make sure their customers are well takem care of! I jad never had a fast food restaurant care so much after the food had been delivered, not to mention the speed at which its delivered. This store has a great Area Supervisor. Saw him amongst his employees and worked just as hard. Kuddos to them! Also, their play place is finally open! Families will have a save environment to bring their kids to play and eat while being out of the environments. Thats music to A LOT of ears 😉

Take this review for what it is, about McDonald's. While still far away from what McDonald's was 45 years ago, for a McDonald's this one does it right. The food actually looked as good as the Ads. The buns were perfectly toasted, cheese melted, all ingredients centered. The filet-o-fish was unusually good, seemingly larger. The fries were outstanding, initially so hot you dare eat them. They were doing it right at this McDonald's, this visit was on 28-January-2023 @10:45 am.

Fast, friendly and welcoming staff members. So far I have never had an incorrect order here. (6+ orders)
They are only open until like 9pm - so make sure you make it there prior to closing.

- Also if you use the mobile app... and it says they are closed or not taking orders... just push it through- they will still get your order minutes to closing; and they will still process it.

Friendliest McDonald’s ever! It was really nice to pull up to this McDonald’s in the wee morning hours and be greeted and served by such friendly staff. Our order was also perfect.
