Everyone here is so sweet & attentive. The gentleman at the window helped me put my wiper back on after it had fallen off! 10/10 recommend this branch for all your needs. :)!

The Wedington branch is awesome! The employees are super nice and always so quick to help. Huge shoutout to ClariYanna (really hope I spelled her name right) for being a friendly and familiar face! I always see her when I do my deposits and today she helped me out with a dispute and getting a new debit card. Thank you guys ☺

Kris Mastin has jumped in with our awesome public library to be a wonderful community partner. We appreciate all First Security Bank has done to support this local resource for everyone in NWA! He walked me through the entire process of a time deposit to help with a payment of a car I needed. I could not have done it without him. 100/10 stars. update your website for security. Don't just say you close at 5:30 because you don't close at 5:30 you close at 5. Your drive-thru is open until 5:30 but only for the banking customers you have which I hope you soon will lose. when a non-customer shows up to cash a check that she desperately needs the cash for she can't use your drive-thru because your website does not to State the correct hours.

Very poor website, staff in store is fine, but as a former employee I don’t recommend any bank here.

God awful app. Online banking is needs Major upgrade.
