AT&T Store

I had the pleasure of Zaul helping me when I entered the ATT store. Best service I’ve ever had from any ATT personnel—- ever! Courteous, patient, helpful—- he just made it an experience I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE DREADFUL! I’m telling ALL my friends if they want excellent ATT service, see Zaul at ATT store on Wedington in Fayetteville!

Both times I’ve been there this week have been great. Never caught the two gentlemen’s names but they were both super helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I recommend this location!

Hayden was incredibly helpful and walked me through all my options with kindness. He found promotions I was elegible for and lowered my bill. Highly recommend!

Zaul and Dominic were great. So quick and easy with super friendly service.

Toni and Zaul were so patient and helpful with all of our questions, changing our plan, adding a new phone, and finding us the best plans and discounts for our family. Zaul was with us for 2-3 hours and was positive and delightful the entire time. This is the best customer service experience I have had at any AT&T store!!

Went into AT&T on Wedington for a new phone, Zaul and Tony were the nicest people ever. They explained everything in a way I could understand and transferred everything over easy! They even lowered my bill some how?! Props to this team. Will be back.

Daniel was great. He took his time and made sure I understood what he was explaining to me about my line and upgrade options. And not only did he take me straight to the phone I was interested in, he also compared it to other ones that I didn’t know much about and possibly could’ve liked better than what my mind was set on. He was very professional and kind. The warm welcome feeling environment makes this store one of the best if not the best in NWA. I really appreciate his help and will be back here for anything AT&T related!

Received excellent customer service from Brandon! I received assistance in a timely fashion and he was very transparent with me about my options. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone in need. They are also offering promotions on select products.

Hayden was awesome! Handled our purchase proficiently and with ease. I am very thankful to have gotten Hayden as a sales rep to make the transfer from Verizon (after 10 years of loyalty) to ATT very very smooth! A+ customer service!

Dan is the Man! This was AT&T’s last chance to keep my business. He spent the afternoon helping my wife and I. He helped us choose the best phone and plan , for our needs. Then set up our phones, so we could actually use what we’ve been paying for. Even put our screen savers on perfect! Go check out this store, and ask for Dan! Not all stores and representatives are the same.

Brandon is by FAR the best at customer service! I will drive out of my way from Farmington to come to this store! My family and I received the best in care. Very seriously considering adding more services as a result. Thank you Brandon!!!!!

Daniel and Morgan were more than helpful! They answered all the questions I had and helped me upgrade mine and my husband’s phone and add one of my daughters to our line!! Highly recommend seeing them if you ever need help!

They really know what they are doing in this store. Went to another location and was told they couldn't do it in the store, but had to call in. After calling in I was told it had to be done at the store. Brittany knows her stuff and was able to handle my case efficiently, unlike the location on MLK in Fayetteville.

Best experience ever, Zaul was soo helpful got my mom a new phone after her dealing with some stress with her old phone and he help so so much 10/10 recommend Zaul at AT&T!!!
