When I think of the perfect restaurant The Cheesecake Factory always comes to mind. It’s one of my favorite restaurants when it comes to knowing you’ll always walk away with a smile. The menu is huge so there’s always something for everyone and I’ve never once had to send anything back because every dish is full of flavor. No matter which one we visit, the decor and design inside and out is captivating and full,of creativity.

Compliments to the staff for doing a wonderful job considering that this is one restaurant that is usually has a wait to get a seat. Definitely a crowd favorite.

This is my goooo too spot when I'm looking to treat myself. I also sit at the bar 🍸 and I'm friends with a lot of the staff that works here in and outside of work. I always get top notch service every single time never ever been disappointed here. This place flows like magic. Todd and Christian are Two of my favorite people ❤ ♥ Whatever this place is paying them? They should pay them more? Great job. The food is always fresh and made to high standards. I drop a 100 bucks every single time I come here never a dollar less....I love this place so much i give This place i give 10 stars 🌟 Ten

Ok, I went back to Cheesecake Factory tonight, with my son his friend and my daughter, tonight was a huge improvement on last week's experience. The food was phenomenal tonight, I got Chicken Madiera and it was delicious, everything was perfect. Our waitress , was Emily and she did a fantastic job, management needs to recognize employees like that and hats off to the kitchen staff as well. You have my confidence back , so I am changing my review to 5 stars across the board.

Visited a little over a month ago. The service was pleasant and prompt. The prices were slightly high but the generous portions made up for the cost (with the exception of the $7 side of steamed broccoli). The burger was cooked perfectly to order and everything was scrumptious. If you're ever in the area, stop by and order the mac and cheese balls. You won't be disappointed. 8/10

Just had a wonderful dinner with my husband outside. Service was the best I have had!!! She was absolutely wonderful!! Must haves Avocado egg rolls, fish tacos!!!! Omg the new cookie dough cheesecake was to die for!!! I gave food one star from perfect as we got the thai chicken Lettuce wraps and there was 4 tiny strip of chicken and they were hard as rocks like they had been sitting for days....

It was my husband's and I's first time coming here. The place itself is very beautiful inside, we loved the design of it. Our waiter was great, friendly and helpful. The drinks and food were amazing. I had a tropical smoothie to die for and we shared the loaded tater tots. I had the grilled chicken and Avocado club. Loved that they toasted it and was super yummy. My husband had the orange chicken which was very good as well. It had a very thin batter on it. We were stuffed, so we brought home our dessert. I got the coconut cream pie cheesecake and hubby got the peanut butter cheesecake. Both were to die for. They really our the best at cheesecake. Our first experience was amazing and we will definitely be going back.

Had a little bit of a wait, but it's always worth it! Sent my first dish back as it was cool and looked like it had been sitting out. They quickly apologized and brought me a fresh meal! I was very happy. Second time at this location, and we will be back.

I was super surprised that I liked it as much as I did because I've read mixed reviews about it. The food and drinks were excellent, our waitress was excellent, and the booths were extremely comfortable. No complaints here.

First time at this restaurant chain: the place is really huge, they can serve a lot of people. Staff are friendly and nice. Atmosphere inside is cozy, lights are low. We had a stuffed cheddar burger and a fish and chips. Everything was really good, especially the burger filled with a creamy cheese. We had a hot fudge sundae and a warm apple crisp for dessert, both really good.

Love the Cheesecake Factory! Burlington is a great location that always delivers great service and tasty food!

My personal favorite is their Thai Lettuce Wrap… YUMMY!

I absolutely love this place. Our food was amazing and service was prompt even with it being a busy Sunday night. Fresh our waitress was professional and personable. It was overall a great experience.

We loved our experience here. It was our first time here while on our little vacation road trip. Beautiful building, friendly staff, amazing food and of course delicious cheesecake of all kinds. Our waiter Christian, was friendly, attentive and helpful with suggestions. The samosas are top notch, like better than you'd get at an Indian restaurant.. The Dijon littles are basically just chicken tenders, they are not hot but the mashed potatoes and corn sides are delicious and filling. All the cheesecakes we tried (we got some to go) were great but out of the ones i tried the raspberry white chocolate truffle was perfect, another suggestion from our waiter. Even during busy times their service seems to be smooth. Definitely worth a try, and probably another visit after that! 😉

No wait at 6pm. Food was amazing and quick. Great atmosphere and reasonable prices.

Food & service were both excellent. I've been here many times and it is always consistently excellent.

Didn’t have any wait to sit down, food was out quickly and tasted amazing. The service was great, checked in regularly.

Skinnylicious menu had solid options and we went with the Asian salad (lunch portion) and the shrimp tacos which were OK. Our kids had the bacon bacon burger which he is still drooling over and the noodles and butter. Couple different mixups with our and other tables orders around us but the staff was quick to address them. Cheesecake to end a meal is always a good thing!

Great food, huge portions, friendly staff. Busy saturday night but never felt rushed even though there clearly was a wait.
