Quick response time and did a great job

After receiving numerous offers in the mail for discounted services on our next carpet cleaning, we called and scheduled a cleaning and were told over the phone we would get a great deal since we used them before and have a small area to clean. On the day of the cleaning the owner arrived and quoted more than our last cleaning because we live so far away. (Same address as the last time they cleaned)

After the owner complained about gas prices and how far we lived, we settled on a price that was still more than the last cleaning even though we received ads for a significant discount on our next cleaning.

The last time they cleaned our home it was a very thorough cleaning which is why we wanted to go through them again. Unfortunately this time around they cleaned our carpets in our home and couch all within about 20-25 minutes leaving me with wet carpets that looked no different. Also my couch was lazily cleaned as well leaving the back and one side still to be cleaned.

I will not be using them again, and I will be letting my family know who recommended them as well as they use them a lot for their real estate business and their partners.
