Dutch Mill Cafe

I have now been to the Dutch Mill Cafe twice, and have loved it both times. I even got a T-shirt! Their food is delicious, the prices are perfect, and it’s just a great place to stop on the coast. I love how they have classic dishes, but also a few with fun twists. There isn’t a ton of seating, but it’s rarely busy, which is surprising because it’s so good!

Dutch Mill Cafe is a really quant 50's diner. This place is really cute with pretty good food. Standard diner food with great shakes and friendly service. The food was tasty, and there was more than I could eat, but I did manage to finish my chocolate shake. This is a family-friendly diner. If you are passing through Tillamook, I'd recommend stopping here.

The burgers, and shakes were amazing!! The waitress told me the Belt Buster was a big burger and she was right but a great burger!! The toppings were good and taster fresh. Would go back again for sure. Fry Cause is on point too!

Retro diner experience that was a lot of fun for us adults and my four year old. Take quarters if you have a little with you. Simple menu and free coffee. Value is a plus. Personally I enjoyed the monster cake, but my husband thought it was a little too greasy. Either way, worth a trip for sure. Staff were all super friendly.

I ordered the fish and chips and a dinner salad. My food was hot and fresh, the fish was fried to a crispy golden brown. The fish was served with crinkle fries. The salad was fresh and cold. They also make real ice cream shakes that look delicious! The atmosphere is like a fifties Cafe. You order up front at the counter as you walk in, then have a seat anywhere and enjoy listening to fifties rock while you eat.

What a place! The food was amazing but while we are there they offered a meal to a houseless man and free coffee to an older gentleman. The vibe is all feel good vibes and this is a delightful place who seems to also care about their community as well treating you to fabulous burgers.

I brought my sisters to the coast from out of state this weekend. We made a stop at the Dutch Mill Cafe for Dinner. The service from the moment we stepped in was amazing. Extremely friendly and warm. Such a coolly decorated place and the music was fun. The food was really good. One sister got the Malibu chicken sandwich and wanted to skip the ham. The owner added extra pineapple to replace the ham and my sister was very delighted. She said her sandwich was yummy. My other sister had the BLT and I had the fish and chips. All were delicious! Great fries too. I was the one who had the room to finish it all and my sister joked with the owner that I was the “Winner”. He said they gave me an award and gave me a free soft serve ice cream. That was really sweet of them. It was the half and half swirl and was a pretty good soft serve.
I highly recommend this place.

First off, this is more if a diner than a cafe. Interior is nicely decorated and the staff is friendly. The Cadillac burger was really good. The only thing I would chance is the fry sauce, which felt a little bland to me. Otherwise this is a great place to eat and I would definitely eat here again and try one of the other great burgers they offer.

Amazing little spot! Adored the nostalgia, food, and great service. Highly recommend a visit! We will be back again!

Nestled in the center of downtown Tillamook, is this super cool, retro style food joint! At peak times, it can get really busy, but the line moves pretty fast. The food is awesome, and the staff is super.

This is a family owned business that provides great food and wonderful service. The menu is American with a reasonable prices. I really enjoyed the retro styling and the cool antique gas pumps. The place takes you back to happy days.

Really really nice staff. You can tell they care about the service. And it doesn't hurt that the burgers were fantastic! I've never had fried Mac n cheese on a smash burger before, that was awesome! (Might not be for everyone, but I loved it!) Also, the onion rings were some of the best ice ever had

Went in on Sunday afternoon with 6 adults and 2 kiddos, and they were fantastic. Set us up in the back, where they have a bunch of old quarter rides, so the kids could play and so we could all sit together. The food was delicious and the service was great. Worth a stop!

I don't know why I've never stopped here before of all the times I've been in town. After a day on the beach rock-hounding a good lunch was needed before heading back home. The gals upon arrival were quick to let us know that we could be seated anywhere and just come back up to order. The wife ordered some burger.....She loved whatever it was. Myself, I ordered the Big cheese. Now, hear me out. You just don't put Mac and cheese on anything. Now, deep fry that....put it on a burger and call it the big cheese?! I'm pretty sure my tastebuds weren't ready for what was about to happen. Between the burger itself and Deep fried mac. I'm already craving it again. The buns on the burger were perfect and not soggy like most places. If I could give this place more stars I would!! Thanks for the great service and awesome food!

Definitely a little gem within downtown Tillamook. Unique, pleasing, and cozy retro diner design. Staff were all very friendly. The mac and cheese burger, as well as the fries and even the dipping sauce were all delicious!!

Great food, great atmosphere, friendly owner who talked with myself and my wife for a few minutes, thanks Terry. Will absolutely be back taking a trip down memory lane of a time gone by that I never got to experience in real life since I'm too young but enjoy none the less. Next time I'll bring my old convertible for a more authentic experience.

This little small town gem was an amazing find. The food was absolutely divine and the service top tier. I had a Mac n cheese burger and it was probably the best burger I've ever had. Food and experience was so good I even had to buy a hat. Hope we can come back again sometime!

We made a trip out to the coast and my dad recommended we stop and visit the Dutch Mill. He said it was a cool 50's style diner with lots of things to look at!

This place is so cute and has so many things to look at! The little ride on machines for kids are darling. The music was fun to listen to and our food was delicious! If we ever come back, we will definitely make another pit stop!

This is a cute little diner! I ordered the chicken strips and they were delicious. Friendly and quick service. You can also have breakfast for lunch, just ask. Highly recommend especially if you’re on a road trip or for a family meal.
