Always nice sales. The upper floor has kids' and women's clothing. The lower floor has the men's clothing. There was a good selection here, too. They even had some spring and summer stuff arriving. Very enjoyable experience. Also, go to Dawn in the bedding area! She is exceptional and so helpful!!!!

JCPenney is the only place that I can find Levi's 527s for whatever reason. 5 stars just for stocking those alone. Otherwise it's your typical JCPenney experience.

Can't get enough of JCPenney. I do alot of shopping online and also in the store. The clearance racks in EVERY department has soo many GREAT DEALS. I ALWAYS FIND THE BEST!! DEALS. THE QUALITY of their products never disappoint! They also have the BEST COUPONS TOO..AND ITS EASY TO GET JCP 10$ REWARDS THAT YOU CAN COMBINE WITH THE COUPONS. FROM TOWELS TO SHOES TO ACCESSORIES AND BEYOND!! I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO WHAT GREAT DEALS I CAN FIND.

Picked up 3 separate orders, tried all items on while in store, got back in line and returned items that I did not want to keep. Nice and easy and sales associates were super efficient and cheery. No complaints! 👍👍

Great family memories with Grandmother at back to school shopping followed by brunch.

We had a session at the Potrait studio and we had a very pleasant experience. We were late for the appointment but the staff were very understanding and were able to put us on a waiting list just incase the following appointments cancelled. We were lucky we got a spot after an hour wait and it was worth the wait. The photographer was very professional and made the whole experience so much fun for the whole family. In light of the ongoing pandemic we felt safe. 🙂 The pictures came out GREAT!!!

Picked up a few last minute gifts at a great price. Really like the selection of men’s clothing.

I have the means to spend (and have) ridiculous amounts on high end, exclusive brand name clothes. In the end, I have found the clothes from JC Penney to be exactly the same quality, and they fit better!

It sounds strange, and I am sure people would ask why, if I could afford high end, why I would shop there. I was visiting family in a small town and my luggage was lost. A JC Penney was my only option. I was gobsmacked by the fact that the quality was exactly the same at Significantly lower prices. It goes to show you that all of our clothes are manufactured in the same place regardless of the markup because of the brand name.

I do not want JC Penney to fail. They are my go to now. I continually receive compliments on all of the clothes I buy there. Please keep them in business!!!

I love shopping at JCPenneys because of the choice of clothing availability. I can always find women, men and children clothing here. You can shop for shoes, kitchen items, bedding, Jewelry and handbags at this store.

I just received my VieAir fan!! I’m so happy with it. It’s wicked powerful and gives off just enough noise to lull me to sleep.
