So I've worked on this site initially as a Carvana only employe, as logistics specialist. They do business separate from Adesa. My current role here as check-in coordinator for Adesa is a new role for me. I'm still learning the business. What I can say about my employer, coworkers and management is there is focus on customer satisfaction and having quality teams and providing quality and happy auto dealers. I'm happy here. And I'm very committed to maintaining the success of Adesa/Carvana.

New General manager call me and apologize for lack of communication and Fixed the issue.
I’ll be coming back to buy here now that they have someone that cares about their clients.

Worst place to do bussines with. They have hidden fees. They never tell you about them until you get a bill for those fees. Absolutely the worst Adesa auto auction( Portland location)
They sold me a (green Light) Jeep with discrepancies on the miles, engine noise, smoking, they would not take vehicle back.

This auto action does not stand behind their policies. Buy at you own risk. Green light means nothing to them if seller’s account is big enough, they would rather loose they buyer.

I tried talking to old general manager but he just ignore me, I left messages to NEW General Manager and it’s been months since he took over and it’s yet to solve this issue.

Remember you would never win the battle to dishonest and corrupt bussines ( Portland location)

Stay away !!!!

I work here as a temp and enjoy it here such a great experience! I just love the people i work with such a great place to work! And if your looking for a good body shop you should bring your vehicles to the body shop they do such an amazing job hands down!

Can be a bit busy at times.... for a car hauler, not a bunch of parking area

The employees at this location are very kind and pleasant to work with.
