Fuji Japanese Steakhouse

We were greeted as soon as we walked inside. Did make us wait until our whole party showed up. Which is fine, I get it. The service was great, staff very friendly. The food was delicious. They cook did add to much salt to the steak. Note to self for next time. Overall, the chef was great with my grandson.

I really enjoyed lunch from the server to the cook. All laughs and smiles. Had the honors of sitting at the grill with a woman who had turned 65 and didn't want the singing so our nice, sweet server wrote happy Birthday out on a plate in chocolate and added a cupcake and candle to it. It was so sweet of her. Prices are very reasonable with lots of food.

Excellent food and service! Sooo good! Mom had sushi sampler and fried calamari. Best calamari we have had in a long time. I had tuna tataki, firecracker roll and steak and chicken hibachi. All hibachi went home and was delicious the next day. Very clean as well. A+

I ordered the Super Crunchy Roll to go. They got it done within 10 minutes, and it was delicious!

They worked with us to get us sat down quickly on a busy night. They have the hibachi grills for those that want the whole experience, but they also have just tables for those that don’t require the grill show be part of their meal. It helps if you are in a hurry but really don’t want take out.

Friendly staff, entertaining chef, delicious food!

Also the vegetable tempura is SO GOOD and can't recommend it enough as far as appetizers are concerned.

My last few visits have been disappointing. The quality of the food and the overall atmosphere have plummeted since this establishment opened its doors. Last night was particularly bad.

To start with, my wife's plate was dirty with greasy food. The waitress replaced it from a "clean" stack of plates from which she pulled 2 more dirty plates. We should have left right then.

Next, we paid an extra dollar to get onion soup and salad. The salad was mostly iceberg lettuce hearts that were bitter. The soup had a very unpleasant aftertaste. Sent it back and had them refund the extra money.

The performance by the chef was probably the most boring I've ever witnessed. No flare, no jokes, no fun, no onion Choo Choo train. Right off the bat, he burned the eggs for the fried rice. The vegetables had an aftertaste that was close to a freezer burn taste. Filets were cooked correctly but had way too much salt. Almost inedible.

This was my last visit to this restaurant. It's just not worth a $75 gamble to walk away disappointed. Waffle House has become the better bet.

My husband and I treated my parents (from Lubbock, Texas) to FUJI this Summer, and not only did we enjoy the Chef entertainment at the Hibachi Grill, but our food tasted absolutely scrumptious! Our Chef made a rice heart while he created our meal, and I thought that was incredibly creative! The staff treated us very courteously!

Who doesn’t love Japanese steakhouse! Hibachi grill, fried rice, sushi and more. There’s never a long wait but there’s always good food. Lunch has low price quick service and dinner is fair price and a big meal!! It’s more than I can. If your hungry you get your moneys worth here. Don’t worry about the Japanese name on the place it’s good American food with a twist.

Best Japanese steakhouse I have been to hands-down. Sushi is good, chicken is juicy and delicious. They have the best yum-yum. Just checks every box for me.

The steak was delicious and our hibachi table chef was fantastic. He was funny, attentive to the kids and their needs as well as the adults. The steak was very good!

We brought our dinner back to the hotel to enjoy, but found that the white rice was missing!
When we walked back over (from the Holiday Inn) to pick the rice up they were so kind and generous! Great customer service!

It's a little dark in there but food was great and the cook was fantastic. Great service all around.

We never sit at the grill but we can watch them from anywhere in the building. The soup Salad and food is always delicious. The appetizers are amazing also.

Absolutely loved our meal. Had fillet with scallops and octopus salad (tako). Amazingly well prepared, flavors and freshness spot on. Our server was outstanding! Will be back for sure!

The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the place was almost packed. We had an excellent time and enjoyed ourselves immensely!
