Plaza INFINITI Service Department

I always have a good experience at this service department. Today, Riley took care of my vehicle, and she was excellent. She kept me informed, via text, throughout the process...letting me know of issues found, and how long the repairs would take. Excellence customer service.

I would just like to make someone aware of how pleased I am with Plaza Infiniti service department... and especially with service rep Riley...

In my opinion she is a tremendous asset to the service department...

She is always professional and friendly...

She is courteous and informative...

She makes the drudgery of a service visit much more enjoyable...

The entire service team is very welcoming and accommodating...

I love my 2015 QX80, as well as my 2016 QX60, which my wife drives mostly...

I appreciate the way in which the Plaza Infiniti service department keeps my vehicles preforming at their best...

Knowledgeable and courteous staff! Very clean waiting room with coffee, snacks and more should you need to wait for service.

This is second time I used Plaza Infinty to service my vehicle and it feels yet again that their service department is trying to take advantage of the customers by offering recommended services. Shame on me for not learning first time, but it’s feels too much $600 for 1.5 year car service even with 20k on it.

Won’t be using Plaza Infiniti anymore. Since 2021 bought 3 CARS and a &4K warranty from Plaza Infiniti. YET —In the last month with 2 service visits:
1- Repair stuck driver side seat belt catch = upfront $205 “diagnostic” fee
2- Repair cigarette lighter = $205 “diagnostic” fee
3- Adjust tailgate open height = $205 “diagnostic” fee

Worst service department in St. Louis. My check engine light is on. I have a contract which allows me to have a loaner car. The service manager refused to schedule service and refused to provide a loaner car. The CPSC should audit this place! Don't buy the service package from Plaza Infiniti.

I waited over three hours for a oil change! I had appointment, and I arrived early.
