Shoe Galley

I have been buying shoes from the Shoe Galley for years and have never had the experience I had today. I bought 3 pair of shoes less than a week ago spending a lot of money and decided to return one pair because they were so uncomfortable and not warm at all as proffessed by the sales person Ben. I talked to him on the phone before my return today and he said that he would return my boots for a full refund. When I arrived to they're Marblehead Store, he said that he would not refund my money. His behavior towards me was hostile and RUDE and he refused to return the boots even though it had been within the return policy date. I left the boots on his sales desk and walked out of the store, HORRIFIED. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE SHOE GALLEY EVER AGAIN and I will make sure that my followers know about this horrible experience. If I could give it a negative star rating I would.
