Buying a car from Brian was unlike any previous car purchase experience. Brian's cars are hand-selected and immaculate. From the first test drive through the post-delivery process, customer service was excellent. There was no pressure, the perfect amount of follow-up, and fair pricing. Well, Brian Gideon has done his magic again! Last fall he found my amazing low mileage Mercedes SL400 that has given me so much pleasure.

My wife needed a vehicle once her 19 year old Acura pretty much died on the spot. Brian at Signature Motors was recommended to us by three different people and we decided to stop there first. What you encounter there is a small number of used low mileage pristine vehicles with no accident records. In addition Brian will search for a specific car/color if you have the time to wait. We found a small BMW on the lot that was matched us nicely to our price range and needs.
This is NOT high pressure sales, it more in the range of what you want, need, expect and can afford. I did mention to Brian that car we were interested in that the brakes seemed thin. He promised to look into it, we agreed to the deal. The next day we told us the all the components of the brakes had been replaced at no cost...
I plan to buy a second car when my lease is up.

Bottom line: Talk to him and trust your instincts.

If I could give signature motor cars 10 stars I would. I’ve bought many cars from other dealerships, but I can honestly say buying a car and working with Brian was by far one of the easiest and best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Signature Motors is amazing. Brian came through once again on finding the perfect car to meet our needs. Car was in spectacular condition and buying process was so easy and fast.

I drove past SMC for years and thought the cars were beautiful, but there was no way I wanted to pay that much for a luxury car. On a whim, one Sunday I stopped by for a look at the cars when the dealership was closed. The cars were immaculate and the sticker prices were actually in my price range! I couldn't believe it. I returned the next day for a test drive on a Mercedes GLA 250 . Brian and John let me take the vehicle for a nice long drive, and when I returned to the dealership, Brian told me about the car, and offered an email of pricing and financing. I read the email, called back a few days later, and bought the car. The best part was there was absolutely no pressure, no annoying phones calls, just 100% customer service and satisfaction. I signed the paperwork and Brian did the rest. I picked up my car within 18 hours and love my new car. I only wish I had stopped by Signature Motor Cars years ago. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

A close friend suggested that if we ever wanted an impeccable, low mileage luxury car, we should stop by to see Brian. Fortunately we listened to our friend and within twos days, thanks to the efficiency of Brian and his right-hand man, John, I was able to seamlessly trade in my Mercedes SLC 300 and drive away in the Mercedes of my dreams, an incredible, luxurious Mercedes SL 400.
