This store is a slice of Americana! Jim Gilford is kind, friendly, and will go out if his way to help. Also makes excellent recommendations for wine. The store is a jewel of this town.

Gil’s is a local treasure. A hit with the kids, great beer and wine selection, but best of all - super friendly and thoughtful Owner & staff. If I could pick 6 stars I would!

Great place to go if you're in Topsfield area for a small variety store to support the local businesses mostly go for the conversation with Gilly play lottery in a quick bottle of wine topped off with a fine hand rolled cigars. Smoke them if you got them

Been frequenting this shop for a decade and they never let me down. They recently added a liquor license and now stock beers and wine, not much of a drinker myself but the convenience is nice to have.

Old local grocery atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. My favorite place to go in Topsfield for locally produced milk and ice cream from Richardson's and good selection of beers.
