Pennyworth's of Lynn

I accidentally discovered this place. Thought it was a thrift shop. But they have excellent clothes, and a unique style which you don’t find at other clothing stores. I feel like they are a bit tailored to the outdoor working man but they also have other sections and styles I didn’t look into.

Employees are quick to ask if you need help.
For the most part they are all friendly and active.

Prices aren’t super expensive.

Quality clothing is nice.

Store is neat, organized, and clean.

I bought a pair of work boots and sweater. I’ll definitely be back here.

They have an amazing selection of old shoes sneakers Uggs boots Timberlands. Anything that you're looking for that store carries it. Not only that their sales are amazing you can't beat their prices and their employees go above and beyond for every customer have nothing but amazing experience every time I've gone there.

Been coming to Pennyworth's for generations. Remember getting a winter coat with my grandmother in the fall. Now I am the grandparent...

Quality clothes priced for regular folks, the store staff is polite and professional.

I've been going here since I was a kid, and they were on Monroe Street in Lynn. Love this store. Always some great deals.

Stopped in last year because of the tent sale, went back because the service was great! Everyone in there was friendly and helpful. Very nice change in a world with ambivalent customer service. AND the products are great -- Carhart, Columbia, North Face, Patagonia, etc. Highly recommend!

I loved the sales staff.They were so attentive to my questions and overall concerns. I have a little mobility problem and J.M. , the sales associate, went beyond her duties to help ne put my shoes on and trying on different pairs.What a wonderful employee! Also, the cashier made the shoe return super easy!

I brought my elderly mother in to pickup a pair of shoes this morning. Its not the first time, when entering customers always get smiling faces with a good morning. My mom received exceptional service and attention from a young lady named Arie. She was
excellent giving options, confirming sizes, comfort, etc. Kudos to Arie and the staff for being so attentive and offering great customer service! 4 stars!

Really great prices but best of all, very friendly staff. The general man that helped me with my boots was amazing. Very friendly, very patent (because I tried a lot of boots on), and very interactive. I wish I got his name, because he made my experience. Some of the employees were in their phones, but I guess it’s 2021 so no big deal....

love it there! My whole family went to buy shoes (sneakers, hiking boots, and walking shoes) in May (2016) and our sales person was amazing. So patient and accommodating. We left with about 6 pairs of footware and loved the price, styles and fit. I'm going back again this week for school shoes. Give them a try!

☆•☆One thing I really APPRECIATE is in past visits even tho they knew I wanst buying anything at that time they still helped me the same way they did today when I did purchase items.

It's not very often I buy myself anything and have been here many times before usually getting 1 thing or nothing and just looking. Been in to just inquiring about the footwear with all the different brands, types, styles& prices trying to decide.

Brand name clothing/shoes all at really great prices. The customer service is excellent as well. One of the gentleman helped.my husband purchase a new pair of work boots, he really knew what he was talking about and helped us with no hesitation. Thank you!

This store has been a Lin stable since I was a small child. If you are a working man or woman who needs warm clothing and functional boots and sneakers at reasonable prices you should go here. They are personable They are local and they do not price gouge.

This store has great brands and very decent prices.
It's one of the only stores around I could find work boots for my son ,had to travel from Gloucester mass to get them here but the quality is great!!

Awesome product selection, name brands at value prices and amazing customer service. Store is packed with inventory, if they don't have your choice or size they will bring it down from Newburyport the same day, no charge.

They carry quality products you can't find at chain stores. Prices are competive. Service is very good. Better quality workwear than you'll find at wear guard.

They have an Excellent selection of boots here. Plenty of casual, hiking and work boots. The woman that helped me was very pleasant.

We are fortunate in Lynn to have a real shoe store still here. The best thing about the store is the amazing knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ron Eastman
