I always have a great experience when I get attended by Penny, she is my favorite pharmacist. Friendly and with a lot of patience when you come with a toddler screaming mommy mommy so loudly and she just simply said to me not to worried about it; she gave me my medication and told me to have a nice day.

CHRIS HELPED ME LAST MONTH! HE’S A VALUABLE EMPLOYEE AND MOST KIND!❤

IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR WAIT AND I STILL DIDNT GET ALL OF MY MEDICATIONS! I AM SUPPOSED TO GET THEM SAME DAY EVERY MONTH BUT CVS SO YEAH… KATHERINE IS ABSOLUTELY AN ANGEL!❤EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SKILLS! CORDIAL! PEACEFUL AND PROFESSIONAL! IT WAS AMAZING TO LEAVE THE STORE NOT ANNOYED! KATHERINE MAKES THE PHARMACY EXPERIENCE SO MUCH BETTER!❤ THE 48 MINUTES TO PICK UP MEDICATION THAT WAS 5 DAYS OVERDUE! ITS INSULTING TO BE GIVEN PARTIAL MEDICATION REFILLS AND EXCUSES! CVS PHARMACY IS INEFFICIENT AND SOME EMPLOYEES NEED RETRAINING OR IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL! LYNN IS A WONDERFULLY DIVERSE CITY AND HAVING A BI-LINGUAL PHARMACY TECHNICIAN PER SHIFT WOULD REALLY BE NICE! THE SYSTEM IS OUTDATED AND EVERYONE IS NOT ON THE SAME PAGE! ALL I WANT IS TO PICK UP MY MEDICATION AND TRUST THAT YOUR PHARMACY WORKERS HAVE GOT IT RIGHT!

AS A NEW CUSTOMER I CANT RECOMMEND SWITCHING TO CVS PHARMACY WHEN I MYSELF DONT WANT TO GO THERE! THE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN FOR HIRE SIGN HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN DOWN HAS IT… 2 YEARS!

Always make my pit stop here to browse, pick up lzdt minute things. Everyone is so kind and up beat, even early in the morning. I grabbed a few treats for my fur baby too!

Pharmacist are always friendly, take time to answer all questions clearly, prescriptions are filled quickly.

I totally don't understand the negative reviews. Is it possible people thought they were reviewing the cvs on the commons? That one gets 0 stars. 65 Boston St CVS pharmacy is great. The drive through is always open on time, and every member of the pharmacy staff is kind, fast, and efficient.

Been to this place before. Never really had a reason to leave a review. But today I came here to print some photos to gift my parents for their anniversary. Dan was super helpful, letting me know how long I had to wait. And then making me aware that he had to reprint one because there was a line across the top . Very cool that he mentioned to me to view them before paying . Considerate and helpful

I have to be fair, 2 weeks ago , I gave bad rating and comment, but today I will give 5 stars to this location because everything is great with the presence of a nice Manager/Rocky who made this change. So, thank you Rocky for your great service and care. A lot of changes happened because of him.

My bf bought some google play cards this morn for my little.girls easter basket, which was a major part of her surprise. As with all things, sometimes things dont go as planned and I guess the cards didnt activate but when he left I guess he didnt know that. When he returned to the store to use the atm later about 9am the cashier recognized him immediately , told them how they went to to the pkg lot to find him after purchase and werent able to and immediately offered him a refund or instead we choose to get new activated cards. She was a sweet, very kind and alert cashier who immediately went above duty to recognize an issue and saved my little dtgrs basket and Easter. Well done and ty!!!!

I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for almost two hours!!! I dropped off two prescriptions at noon went back six hours later still not ready so we waited for another half hour and then when I got home only one prescription was in the bag!!! I will no be using cvs again!! For anything and yes I’m still on hold and they close in 25 minutes

mike the pharmacist is the guy to go to very attentive service was superb everytime i need him he even handled my insurance coverage to make sure i get my meds very nice guy he listened to my situation and offered a prayer afterwards God bless this guy and his family need more people like him around

What I like about this place is that is available 24/7. Friendly staff, drive thru, available parking.

I printed a pic for my grandsons bday,I was in and out in ten min!!

The pharmacist and staff are extremely helpful and nice. I don't know why the reviews are so terrible for this place.

The pharmacy technician's and pharmacists are very helpful and friendly in my experience.

They're open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and they almost always have whatever item I'm looking for!
