Stop & Shop

I usually do my shopping at Stop & Shop, but I have to highlight this branch in particular, it is the first time that I visit them since I do my shopping at a branch close to my home, And when I got here I was surprised because since I entered I could notice the great variety of fresh products, all areas are well supplied and attractive to the eye. But what I liked the most was the great variety of products for the Latino culture, they also have an excellent staff to which I give A+ in customer service . Excellent work Congratulations!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐♥🏆🤗

I am almost sick of stop & shop with their ridiculous deals. When I say deals I mean rip offs!! They have changed so much. Market basket is where it's at. I was at stop & shop last night, don't get me wrong it's great in a pinch if it just grabbing a couple of things but it is not the place to do a large shopping. They do have excellent products in the best meat in the deli they have boar's Head deli meats and great customer service and a nice citizens Bank with an ATM that allows you to take out increments of $1 bills which is pretty cool! Stop and shop overall is a great store, they have some serious competition with all of this inflation going on... They have to step their game up. Next time I go shopping and do a big shopping and I will definitely not be going there. But I'm sure I'll be there today to grab something quick as it is right at the bottom of my hill and it's convenient and fast.

I love that the sell different sized Sweet Slice Hams for Easter/Passover in the Meat Department.

One of the two mobility scooter baskets in this store is damaged, and the other won't charge. I had to get out of here and make the trek to Market Basket.

I love using the Curbside Pickup option for doing grocery shopping. It’s convenient around my busy schedule, the groceries picked are great quality, and the employees doing curbside are incredibly friendly.

I’m happy to have a quality grocery store close to home who does a fabulous job with their curbside pickups. Keep up the good work!

Thank you Stop & Shop for staying open until midnight. My male friend picked me up in Fall River earlier in evening and I forgot the boneless chicken breasts on my counter. When we were done cooking a sweet potatoe pie from scratch and cooked mozambique sauce…. Oops where is the chicken! So thank you S&S because I was running into your store @11:30 pm

Found a public restroom before the 435 bus back to Lynn station. Perfect for waiting for the 450 bus to Haymarket or Wonderland. They sell UNO NFL and Disney 100 decks in stores. Public restroom is on the back side of the store.

I love this grocery store and they've recently redecorated and made it look really nice! They have an awesome healthy foods section to the left of the beautiful produce section, always reliably organized, which I love because I don't have to search the entire store for gluten free and other specialty items, etc. like you do in some stores (the salted chocolate covered almonds are SO good, and they have the best organic corn grits that I have never found anywhere else). The aisles are wide and well organized. I have never felt stressed by the crowds like another local grocery chain, and they don't hog the aisles stocking in the middle of the day. The prices are good. Great fresh roast chickens and other tasty quick dinner options. Decent large public bathrooms at the far left corner of the store. The cashiers and deli clerks are nice, helpful too. They have a self checkouts and I never have to wait long. Plus they have a bank in store that, last time I checked, was open on Saturdays. Bottle and can redemption, too, I believe.

Kudos to the Bakery Department, particularly Mercedes, the associate who took down my cake order and Brenda, the cake decorator. I had a specific idea in mind, I explained in detail to Mercedes what my vision was for this cake. I even had a photo on my phone and showed Mercedes what I was looking for. Mercedes came up with the idea of taking a picture of the photo with her own phone and then showing it to Brenda the following morning. She instructed me to call in the morning and speak with Brenda and to see if this would at all be possible. I did just that. Both ladies were incredibly pleasant and Brenda without hesitation said "of course we can do that", which made my whole day. In addition I had ordered cupcakes, with a specific theme. Brenda went as far as adding touches from her own personal supply at home that she new the store did not have in stock. The finished product was nothing less than gorgeous. I was asked all night were the cake came from and who did it. To say that I was incredibly pleased with the end result is understatement. These woman care about what they do, it's not just a job and it's evident. In my book surpassing customer service. So today I want to shine a light on Mercedes and Brenda, you girls rock!!!

My go to shopping place. The produce is great and well kept. The deli has awesome staff! The butchers do great work also. Bakery has great product and a dunks is connected. Staff in general is polite. If you coupon n use store card prices are competitive. I do all our shopping here.

CLEAN , Well Stocked....opens on time Every Morning 7 am for Elderly and Disabled people.....Friendly , Helpful Staff..

This particular store only has 2 mobility scooter baskets one is broken and the other doesn't hold a charge. I had to leave and go all the way to market basket .

It's an amazing job none the less, I'm not paid any extra to say this but I love my co-workers and for a 17 year old and this being my first job it really is a great first experience. Also they have a few good opportunities especially for pay. If you work here for half a year you get 30 cents over minimum wage, if you work here for 1 year you get 55 cents. I don't know the rest but I'm slowly learning.

Also, the managers aren't completely strict and uptight like other stores. I haven't heard one employee really badly complain about the managers, it kinda feels like we're all a big family.

My experience with this particular store is very pleasant. There are several employees who always go above and beyond to help me when needed. I don't remember all of them by name but the following staff always go above and beyond to help me:Tony at the bakery love your fresh croissants, sometimes I even turn back to go and get me a few😋. At the front Scott, Vivian, Peter, Donna, Patricia, Hancel and Kevin always with a smile and a welcoming/ professional demeanor. All the staff at the produce department thank you! I personally want to thank them for their positivity and smiles specially early in the morning when I go in to shop. Often times good service goes unnoticed and underappreciated. A welcoming a friendly aspect makes all the difference in the world. This is true customer service. Keep up the great work guys! To those I don't remember by name please pardon me but know that I appreciate all you do!! Thank you all!!

Always has what I need n I know where to find it. Cashier's helpful n pleasant when I check out.

I am the Stop & Shop queen my favorite store in the world I find all my favorite products in there and I love the fact that I save on gas and of course absolutely love Heidi the Manager Always cheerful and has a great relationship with her staff

I don't usually shop at this location, but I was in the area and stopped by for a few things on my way home. One of the managers, Rich was there with a smile and was very helpful. I may have to shop at this one more often, because they are open later than I thought as well.
