My family stopped i today and had a great experience. Server was exceptional and the food was tasty. The nachos for an appetizer is a must. Fish tacos and fish and chips were a hit with the party. Beer flight was great too.

Awesome service, food, staff, and beers. A phenomenal dining experience. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed every aspect.

A nice harborfront brewery. Enjoyed a Fisherman's IPA and a house smoked pulled pork burrito. Check it out!

We have been going to the Brew pub for years and have always had good food and great service. Great Beers and tasty food.

Delicious food beautiful setting and the rolls for the sandwiches are made by a bakery a block away. Highly recommend

Absolutely love the vibe at this place. Large indoor bar and small outdoor. Beautiful view on the deck! Nachos are huge! Smoked food was fantastic. Plenty of beer options and can do a flight with 6 choices for $12 or so! Thought that was awesome. If I return to Gloucester, I will definitely return to this awesome little spot.

Great fisherman’s platter and service from Erin this afternoon. Definitely pay the extra $2.00 to upgrade to whole belly clams from clam strips. Very generous portion. I can eat a lot but there was no way I could not finish the whole thing.

Great place on the water w/outdoor deck and craft beer. Clam Chower is out of site.. thinking of going back tomorrow for more..

SUPER friendly staff. Outside at the bar we got very personal, fun, and helpful service. We had Portuguese stew and seared tuna. Very tasty and well prepared. Lovely view from the back deck. The place is beach casual but with quality products and prep. On their extensive beer list, there are several fine choices. Only criticism is the preponderance of unholy blends of beer and juices, grapes, wine, etc. If you like those kind of beer hybrids then you may have found Nirvana. Though we don't partake, the barbeque smoker out front smelled divine. Airbrush mural on outside is something of a test to see if you take yourself lightly enough to enter.

Local brewpub with a variety of beers and a diverse menu. Excellent brisket tacos! Outdoor seating available but may be seasonal. Large picnic table seating. Kid friendly. TVs available for sports. Service was attentive and friendly. Wish they had more merch!

It was the first place we went for a proper dinner out when we moved to MA. It was also the place we took all our international guests to. It's a friendly laid-back place with on-site brewery, huge portions, attentive and FAST service. I don't know how they do that, but even with the party of five it took literally minutes to bring our food to the tables. At winter they light a nice fireplace. And, finally, it's a kid-friendly establishment with games and toys available for little ones.

Came here for lunch, staff was friendly, had the brisket grilled cheese, it is humungous, I couldn't finish it if I wanted to. The sour raspberry wheat beer was very nice and the views are great, would definitely recommend. Hope to come back soon.

What an amazing little waterside restaurant! Friends and I came down from Toronto to Boston area for the weekend and we stayed in Gloucester and happened upon this gem. Regina (Reggie), our server, was such a joy and honestly made the experience so much more awesome - all four of us agreed on that! She was great at recommending beers and making sure everything went smoothly. The drunken mussels were the best mussels I had all weekend and we tried 3 or 4 different places. Queen Esther beer was great, even for a beer "hater" such as myself ;) All in all an amazing experience and I wish we went one more time!

Tried this place for the first time today. Was walking around looking at the boats and smelt the brisket they were smoking and could not resist. I had their brisket tacos with a side of mac and cheese. Our waiter was amazing and the food was to die for.

The beers here are very good and I'm sure there will be at least one beer you'll love. From IPAs to summer ales, they're all there. The food menu is extensive with delicious seafood as well. The outdoor seating is great with a view of the wharf and the nice sea breeze blowing through. The staff is very friendly too.

The beers are top notch. The fish and chips, fisherman's platter, the haddock sandwich, they do one of the tastiest fried fish (usually haddock) around. You're in Gloucester and you're getting fresh fish.Rest of the menu is decent too I just gravitate to the fresh fish.
They make their own fries and potato chips. Wicked.

Gets loud when packed but service even when crowded is quick and friendly. Take out growlers. Bring the empties back! Great deal.

I love Cape Ann Brewery. Whenever I take my kids to Cape Ann Whale Watch in Gloucester MA, we always have dinner there. Great food and a huge selection of beer. The restaurant is right on the Harbor and just a beautiful atmosphere! Two thumbs up!
