Could not be happier with my purchase! Dave proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I came here on two separate occasions just while I made up my mind and I received the same great service both times. I was one of the first people to use their new Volumental Foot Scanner and I gotta say it’s really nice to have the scan sent to my email. I walked out learning something new about my feet! I look forward to continue doing business with FleetFeet.

Came for a gait analysis and a new pair of sneakers. Someone must have called out on this day because there was only one employee on the floor attending to customers and ringing people up at the register. He rotated among myself and two other ladies, one shopping for shoes for her son and the other for herself (and she had a million questions). Everyone was helped and left purchasing what they came in for. I was really impressed how this associate handled the situation as the flow of customers did not ease up, but he never broke a sweat. He had me test out 3 pairs of sneakers by running on a treadmill after analyzing my gait and compared my running in each of them. There was a camera behind the treadmill that recorded my legs from the knees down. I learned a lot getting to see the slow mo videos of my running to see my foot strike and how my my feet rolled inward as I ran. It was really cool. Though he was clearly busy, he never made me feel rushed while I was trying to figure out which shoe would work best for me. I left spending more than I originally budgeted, but I was so impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness, patience and customer service that I didn't mind dropping the extra money. Thank you Tim for all of your help! I can't wait to break in my new sneakers!

Fantastic experience here. I went in looking for a pair of running shoes without knowing much going in. The manager there worked with me 1-1 for about an hour. First doing an analysis of my feet and gait, then recommending, letting me try on probably about a dozen pairs of shoes, and hearing how I felt about each pair so they could adapt their recommendation. James was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. It never felt like I was rushed or pushed into purchasing anything.

I just wanted thank store manager Jamey Smith for exceptional service. A great fitting for my wife on a brand we weren't familiar with and a new pair of Hoka's for me. They have a high tech scan of your feet so you get the right size and width.

Everyone is always very helpful. They don’t hound people. I’m a repeat customer. Never had a bad experience with anyone there. Place is full of runners, amazing advice and good vibes.

Every time I come to this store it is always a great experience. The staff are always helpful and I have always found the right pair of shoes that fits perfectly. Today I was greeted by sales associate Emma and Taban. I explained to Taban that I was indecisive with a couple of shoes. He immediately grabbed seven pairs of shoes and had me try them all until I had the right fit. Emma also was amazing and advised me she could order the shoes in a different color way online. I highly recommend this store and love the staff for their excellent work every time.

I love this store because it has something for everyone. I could not afford a pair of Brooks shoes at the time so I choose from the used table. They were still new but at a price I could afford. I had plantar fascia and needed Brooks shoes to help my feet and they did. Now that I can afford a pair of new Brooks I will only go to the Running Company to purchase them. The staff was very helpful also. He knew I was out of my league because I was not a runner but That made him help me even more. Awesome store!

I respect the approach of having you walk, so the sales staff can see normal foot rotations, etc. They recommend shoes based on their findings. I would not have chosen the shoe I purchased if I had walked in. I am so happy I trusted their advice. My running has been enjoyable... well as much as running can be.

Just purchased a perfect pair of trail running shoes. The staff at Greater Boston Running could not have been more helpful. They are knowledgeable and friendly and willing to answer even the silliest of questions!! Pam was the best!! I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter lives in Salem and is training for her first 1/2 marathon. I was visiting and took her in to be properly fitted for shoes and was beyond impressed by the level of knowledge and service provided. I just wish they had stores in California! Our local running stores pale in comparison.
