Kathleen and her team are incredible! I loved this store as a place to pick up unique gifts, and when my fiancé started asking about rings it was my first thought.

From the beginning Kathleen has been responsive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her passion for fine jewelry and dedication to her customers is unmatched. The private appointment option for couples allowed my fiancé and I to take our time and try lots of different styles for both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Kathleen was able to guide us towards the style that felt right for each of us, and gave great advice on what things we should consider when selecting jewelry that needed to be durable enough to stand up to constant wear.

Once our items were made, Kathleen made sure that we were completely happy (I needed my engagement ring resized not once, but twice! Both times it was ready in a matter of days).

Kathleen at Timeless Treasures is fantastic. Before purchasing my engagement ring here, my fiancé had been buying me birthday and Christmas Gifts at Timeless for the last several years. I was always so blown away. The earrings he purchased for my birthday last year are my absolute favorite piece of jewelry- well now my engagement ring is my favorite!

The associates at Timeless Treasure are also extremely helpful, patient, and easy to work with. I tried on countless styles and was able to take pictures of ones I liked to show him. I asked around for recommendations for a local Salem area jeweler to provide an appraisal for a family diamond ring that I knew little about, other than it was probably from the late 1800's. I had been meaning to get the ring insured if its appraised value warranted it. I received multiple recommendations for Timeless Life Treasures, and I'm so glad I had the appraisal done by them. I met with Kathleen and she took an initial look at the ring, and enthusiastically shared her initial thoughts - and based on the cut, she confirmed that my guess on the late 1800's would make sense.

Kathleen understood that I'd never had jewelry appraised or insured. She took the time to explain the process, cost, and her services. She also introduced me to Jewelers Mutual insurance company, and explained how the appraised value for insurance is different than what the ring could be sold for.

Within a few days, she had the ring professionally cleaned and appraised for a reasonable price, and provided easy next steps for me to get the ring insured. I am very grateful for her expertise and communication about the process and what to expect. And I'm now at ease that I was able to get the ring insured at its appraised value. I plan on returning for future jewelry service needs!

Oh - and her shop has been one of my go-to's for gifts. Great well-curated selection of fun items for both visitors and residents.

If you're looking for a special piece of jewelry, look no further than Kae! We came in to purchase a wedding band for my husband, as well as to create a custom ring for me. I had inherited diamonds from my grandmother, and wanted to incorporate the stones from my engagement band with my grandmother's diamonds to create a single, "double-rose" wrap ring.

Kae considered my (poorly drawn) sketches, listened carefully to everything that I said, and put together two stunning designs for me to decide on! Before I even saw the email, my husband was excitedly texting me from work, begging me to open the pictures as soon as possible (I'm not even exaggerating, it was THAT good & exactly what I had told him I wanted!). I could not be happier with the finished product! It's hard to get a photo that truly does it justice, but it is really breathtaking, and I fall more in love every time I see it sparkling on my finger. My husband loves his band as well, and despite coming in knowing nothing about rings, left feeling confident that he had chosen the right style for him.

Kae has been lovely throughout the entire process, extremely responsive, and an overall joy to work with. ♥ I will happily recommend her to anyone looking for a jeweler!

My fiancée and I had the most incredible experience finding our wedding rings at Timeless Life Treasures, and I cannot express enough how grateful we are for Kathleen's exceptional assistance throughout the process. From the moment we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a boutique store in Salem, it became abundantly clear that fate had led us to the perfect place.

Despite being pressed for time before our flight, we were captivated by the boutique's stunning collection of engagement rings, particularly the exquisitely beautiful vintage-inspired designs. When I went to Timeless Life Treasure for the first time I knew nothing about rings or what I wanted to get and had no plan to get a ring. Visited this adorable jewelry store in October! The location is amazing, right by the water and around other fun shops! Kathleen and her team are extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! Kathleen helped me pick out some great gifts for my friends and family and got a couple things for myself as well! There is a great selection of fine jewelry and diamonds as well as everyday, on-trend pieces at a great price point! I can’t wait to go back!

I started working with Kathleen in the fall of 2021 to design a college graduation ring for my daughter, using stones from my jewelry that had sentimental value. From the very start, Kathleen’s energy, enthusiasm, and creativity gave me confidence that I had chosen the right jeweler. As we traded ideas back and forth using images I found on the internet, coupled with her vast experience and knowledge of jewelry and style, we narrowed in on a design that I loved and thought my daughter would love, as well. Kathleen and her team went to work on a 3-d model of the rings (we had morphed the design into two stack rings). Kathleen stayed in top of the budget and offered alternatives to some expensive options that interested me. In the end I was very happy with the price and value of the rings that she designed and created.

Kathleen also reset a 1-carat diamond from my engagement ring into a stunning bezel set pendant. I love it and wear it far more often than I ever did on my finger. Kathleen has great vision and style.

The rings that Kathleen designed for my daughter are gorgeous. My daughter loves them and is frequently complimented on them. I’ve already recommended Timeless Life Treasures to several friends in the area as well as to my sister, who also worked with Kathleen to reset some diamonds into a really unique and lovely ring.
