Dr. Prechtl is amazing! I’ve had several toe surgeries but this was the best by far. She took the time to explain everything to me and you could tell she truly cared about me and my needs. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

My teenage boys both needed to be seen for acute problems with a very tight window of availability. Other offices we called were dismissive when we called, but not Bay State. Dr. Pretchl understood our predicament and was able to squeeze them in and relieve their pain. We are deeply appreciative and know where we'll go next time we need a podiatrist. Thank you!

Dr. Prechtl is an amazing podiatrist. Went to her for a second opinion and I am glad I did. She is extremely thorough. She listens to her patients. I am so lucky my doctor recommended her.

By far the best experience I have had with this office from start to finish! I hugged her ! My husband said "it was the best Dr. appointment he has ever sat in on". Since I broke my toe and have seen Urgent Care , then to emergency room , Dr Prechtl was the first one to take the best care of me !!! I have hope and mentally and physically, feel so much better !

Dr. Prechtl is amazing. She took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and answered every question I had. I never felt rushed and she really listened to me. One of the best Dr. experiences I had.

So far I have been treated with respect and they don't make you wait forever for an appointment. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I visiting Dr. Pretchl after I sustained an ankle sprain during a ski accident. She was kind, office staff was friendly. She didn't ask what the mechanism of injury was, seemed to assume it was a low ankle sprain (most ankle sprains are), and did not even find my pain locations during the palpation exam. I chose not to question her on why she didn't perform a more thorough test because I primarily wanted a close to home doctor to confirm I had no obvious fractures because I can't currently drive to my preferred podiatrist. I can't comment on non-sports related medical tasks, which is why it's a 3 stars, but I will not be returning to her for this injury.
