I have used Silver Screen for shirts, hats, and promotional items for both a small business and a college over many years. They are always good quality, on time, and fairly priced. The staff (especially Ivan!) has gone far out of their way to make sure I get what I need, sometimes on an extremely tight timeline. Ivan has even tracked down and hand delivered items that were lost in transit. Truly exceptional customer service!

Silver Screen Design has done a couple jackets and some t-shirts for me over the past couple months and I've been really impressed with the quality, speed, and great customer service. Over the past 15 years, I've bought a lot of custom clothing/gear/swag for people on my team and this company has been the best so far. Looking forward to working with them again.

Silver Screen were so helpful in getting our design together in a timely manner that fit our budget. I was in charge of ordering a bunch of shirts for a concert, and was overwhelmed by the options. I made a phone call, and soon enough I was emailing with Ivan, who was incredibly helpful, and put the shirts together from a png of the design and a spreadsheet with the sizes and names we wanted. He was very patient as we dealt with design changes, and made sure that the shirts got to us in time for our show, in spite of a tighter turn-around time than originally planned.

I work at a large private school in the area who had been ordering clothes from Boston for many years. When I joined the office, I vowed to move to a local service who could provide more customized support. My goodness, did I hit the jackpot with Silver Screen Design! Not only was Ivan a wiz at getting appropriate samples for us, Silver Screen offers a level of detail that larger companies simply cannot match. Distributing clothes to a team of 70 went from approximately one week of sorting, inventorying, etc., to less than 24 hours thanks to their pack-by-person service and alphabetical boxes. I cannot believe what a huge difference Silver Screen Design made for our school, and we cannot thank them enough. You can't and won't go wrong with these folks. Trust me.
