I initially called Derek during a crazy cold snap where a pipe had burst in the house, so I was frantic and needing immediate service. Derek was incredibly responsive and came over as soon as he could, which was such a relief! He fixed us right up in a completely confident, competent, and efficient way, at totally reasonable rates for the work he completed. He has since come out for several other issues with our cranky heating system, and has even offered to service our well system when he noticed it needed attention. Derek's responsiveness, patience, knowledge base, and work ethic are commendable, and I'm so relieved to have a go-to guy for when things come up. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Derek!

I called and left message and got a call back ten minutes later. I wasn’t sure I’d get anyone to come out on a Sunday. Was told someone be here in an hour or so. The Plummer actually Got here a half hour early and fixed my toilet in a half hour. The Plummer that came was very nice. Very reasonable fees, especially for a Sunday. Would use them again.

Called on Sunday for an emergency. He called back immediately and was at my house in an hour. Cost was what expected so don't think he overcharged us. Highly recommend.

Derek answered the phone the first time i called. Scheduled to come fixed the clogged drain in a reasonable time. He arrived on time, worked for several hours unclogging the drain from the house to the street. Everything works great, but I was floored by the large sum for the work. Called him to ask for further explaination of billing. He was not defensive about it and took the time to go over the cost, the work he did and why it was necessary. Would definitely recommend. Friendly, patient and knowledgable.

Had them come out and fix my sewage clog 2weeks ago...it’s clogged again and sewage back flowing in my cellar. Not satisfied at all!!! Wants to recharge me to come back out and refix problem....not happening!!
