Excellent food for dine in or take out. Take out is CASH ONLY. Very good and large pizzas and calzones. Friendly family oriented feel when dining in. Standard but well executed selection of italian american dishes. Decent wine list. My wife & I have been multiple times and plan to return.

Excellent, friendly service. Staff makes you feel welcome,. like family. Comfortable seating,. nice decor. Upscale dining without being stuffy or snobbish. Beautiful small bar area with very knowledgeable young bartender, Adriana. Delicious pizza. We came in just before closing and were still able to order, and we did not feel rushed to leave after eating. We will definitely visit again. They also have takeout so I will be ordering pizza again.

Delicious, authentic, gargantuan portions. Seafood pasta special was super fresh and tasty. Chicken parm was maybe a little heavy on bread crumb for my taste, but still great. Four different appetizers were all excellent. Our server was very friendly and stayed on top of everything for a large party of 10. Pricing was what it should be for food of this caliber.

Wonderful! Went there with a party of 10 and everyone loved there food, appetizers were great, staff was attentive and pleasant. Best calamari, I've ever had. Prices were excellent, which was a pleasant surprise, I have paid alot more in other high end places and have been disappointed... I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

1 of my favorite restaurants in the area. Family owned, super friendly staff. Food is always fresh & delicious. Not to mention the dinner specials that you can't find on the menu, always something tasty. Worth checking out this cozy spot if you hvnt yet.

This is a great homestyle Italian restaurant. The wait staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The environment and food are excellent as well. I highly recommend for family dinner or a casual date night. **the meatballs are phenomenal**

Patsy's is the Italian place that always makes me feel like I am back in Italy!! Mina and Pat are the kindest, most diligent and caring owners of this very pretty restaurant. We came in with a party of 6 and no reservations , we were accommodated immediately with such great service and amazing food and left with no complaints other then being so full. This is the best family restaurant in East Longmeadow Ma!!

Delicious, I had a 1/2 plate of pasta with fresh vegtables, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. My friend had clams fra diavolo that was cooked al dente in a flavorful just spicy enough sauce with plenty of fresh clams in the shell on top. You will find a more than adequate wine list, by the glass or bottle. Service was great, food was timely on a busy Friday night. Definately will go back.

An absolute jewel. If you're looking for a fine dining, with a welcoming feeling, look no further. Without question, one if the best restaurants and staff in the area. Do not pass this place up. You will not be disappointed.

There is such a fantastic Italian atmosphere here and the food is absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend Patsy's to anyone looking for high quality Italian food including Pizza. The owners are so kind and accommodating. A++

Patsy's restaurant is outstanding! The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is lovely and the food is exceptional! It was such a delight to experience the Chef's creations. I highly recommend this restaurant...treat yourself to a wonderful dining experience!

Shrimp scampi with linguini! Fresh rolls and butter and tossed salad with italian dressing! Delish! My first time there and I will definitely be back!!

Great food & service - our waitress Chevon (sp) was amazing. If you haven't been there, try it, if you have been there, go again!

Awesome service, great food and over the top portions. I was there for a graduation party and they were wonderful hosts.

I liked the Eggplant panini and pizzas are good. I would suggest this place to my friend's. Service was nice.

We were here on the last day. The meal was excellent. Sad they are closing.
