Food is outstanding! Drinks are thoughtfully crafted with a number of liquors that are exotic and not often found at other bars. They have won and prosecco on tap! The ahi tuna was perfectly seared and rare. The pork shank braises all day and the bones effortlessly slide out. This is worth a visit.

Service was great, pizza authentic. Shallot, banana peppers and olives on the calamari with a delicious marina sauce top notch. Shout out to Carl, best martinis I’ve had in a while, strawberry infused vermouth, amazing!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Pleasantly surprised!!

Love going here with the kids a few times each month. The kids always order the house-made pasta, and my husband and I usually order the fresh pizzas (Bianca is my absolute favorite - perfect with an Allagash White). Their french fries are pretty amazing too.

Meg was our server, and she was absolutely amazing! Food was great, service was great. Our party had multiple allergies and they were all taken very seriously and labeled with separate colored dishes. Meg was super helpful with questions about the menu and I will be back!

We came to celebrate a graduation! Great food, wonderful service. Staff was efficient and very friendly. Food was out quickly and tasty. Cesar salad was delicious with huge deep fried croutons! Pizza was delicious my daughter ate several slices and wanted more. Owner and manager came to our table and made sure everything was good and even gave the graduate a gift which was sweet of them. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious bowl of pasta or pizza or both! We will be back.

Had a wonderful dinner with my daughter. The atmosphere and service we enjoyed. The food including dessert was delicious rich in flavor and all freshly made.

The food is very good and much of it is made fresh in house. The brussel sprout appetizer seemed like it should have been cooked a little longer and the pizza was very good but not served very hot. I plan to go back and give it another try. Oh, they make their own croutons. This really stood out me since most restaurants never do that. Very nice touch.

My Fiancé loves their GF pizza with basil and cheese. The pizza is incredible and so is the pasta, especially when you add on some burrata cheese. The service has been incredible. Never had better service at a place that serves pizza. Also, the drinks are made better than almost anywhere else we've tried. The owner makes great drink recommendations and Louie is a great server.

By far my new favorite pizza restaurant!! From the atmosphere to the amazing pizza ovens, you will be so glad that you stopped here for dinner. The pizzas are so very light, and delicious. This was our first time at this restaurant but it will now be our go to for sure. Do yourself a favor and make sure you add Redstone to your list of places to go!

Great spot for a nice dinner. Pizza is made in two giant stoves you can see in the restaurant with a tasty dough. Consistent drink specials that are always solid. Highly recommend for spot that make everyone happy

I would give this restaurant a 5 because of the pasta. It is made in house and it is phenomenal in my opinion. More people probably go there for the pizza (which is good), but they are missing out if they never try the pasta. The place is very noisy and they need to install more noise dampening materials. It wasn't designed with this in mind at all, but again if you don't try the food because of that you are missing out. They are very avid supporters of early potty training. It is clearly evident due to the fact that the urinals are about 6" from the floor. The staff is very nice and I enjoyed talking with them. The manager made sure to come over and inquire as to whether I was enjoying the food or not. Overall, I would definitely eat there again and try more pasta dishes. I suggest making a reservation to eat there.

Finally made it to Redstone Pasta Company! Well worth the wait. Started with the aptly named cocktail "The Redstone" and that didn't disappoint either. Very chilled and fruity made with vodka,aperol, orange liqueur, raspberry and lime. A warm mini loaf of bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was brought out for dipping. That was very tasty. Then my entree of choice was the sweet and sassy wood fired pizza. That was comprised of cup and char, fiore di late & and chile infused honey. Absolutely delicious! For those of you who think it's gross, it's a wonderful mix with the pepperoni and a little sweet heat of the honey. You taste the layers of flavor. The chile honey gives it a little depth. And my friend had the bucatini and added shrimp to it. Said it was delicious. Great service by Skylar.

What a place!!! Great service!! Great atmosphere, and great food.
The Caesar salad was fresh with a homemade dressing and fresh grated Parmesan cheese!! The pizza is awesome !! Sourdough crust very unique.
We will be going back!!

An absolute must to try if you have not already. The pizza is amazing. Soft, fluffy while thin, and baked in brick oven. Every pizza I have tried is amazing. Their bucatini pasta with sun dried tomatos is also delicious and fresh. Christine the owner is always a delight. And Denis the manager great, always checking on everyone to make sure we are satisfied, which is always. Again, must try if you have not already.

Amazing Restaurant and Staff!! Very new and they only been open a month. But the owner has been in East Windsor (Golden Irene's) 30 years. A family owned restaurant. Christine and staff did a great job 💪

Happy News Years to a Great Staff!! We had a special tonight. Lobster and Shrimp in tomato cream sauce with ribbed Pappdell pasta. The sauce was amazing and our favorite app. Pasta chips. If you order the seared scallops with sauce? Save the sauce (Corn and bacon chowder) for bread dipping!! I suggested they make the they make it a soup meal. Thank you for another great meal George and Christine!!

I'm always a huge fan of golden Irene's in my hometown of East Windsor so I was very excited to hop over the state line to East Longmeadow and try George's new restaurant!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
When we sat down we were greeted with water. And warm hot fresh bread with dipping olive oil.
One thing I would like to see on the menu is mocktails because not all of us drink alcohol but I did appreciate that they made the strawberry lemonade without vodka but still all the laughs ;)

My friend that I went with ordered a pizza,
She had ordered the chicken alfredo pizza minus the broccoli and she enjoyed it very much the pizza is made from fresh dough and fired on real wood burning ovens. Which are just a work of art in themselves which they are showcased front and center in the restaurant so you can watch them make your pizza while you wait.
Myself I ordered the tagliatelle feta, and for only 12 extra dollars I got a large salmon fillet which was cooked to Perfection with seasoning as well.
Also for 4 extra dollars if you need to be gluten-free you can get gluten-free pasta.
There was other choices like chicken or shrimp that you could also pair with your pasta.

I can't wait to go back!!!!

Redstone delivered in every aspect...although I would love if they did takeout... Best pizza I've had in years...nothing compares to it! Tried the carbonara special, Chicken Parm , margherita pizza and the hog pizza...all of it amazing. Waitstaff was very attentive!! Definitely earned a new customer !

All fresh made ingredients, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pizza to die for in there wood fired ovens!! Great weekly specials. Love the risotto's they pair with both the Chicken and Salmon dishes. Check them out George knows what he is doing!!!

As a frequent patron of Redstone Pasta, I can highly recommend the pizza. This is my family's go-to location for dine-in pizza. The pizza selections, whether red or white, are excellent, and the service and atmosphere are great for an early afternoon meal.

Food was great and service was even better. Waitress along with manager was doing table touches quite frequently and always with a smile. Food came out relatively quick and was exactly as expected. Had the Caesar Salad along with the Chicken Parm, both were quite hefty portions but completely manageable to finish. Overall a great staff with great food and a wonderful experience, would recommend!
