Great shop.. have done very well by me for more than 10 years despite the oddball vehicles I have brought them.. The only issue I have ever had with them( and, I know a weird one) is they would like to save you money.. sometimes I just want a noise to go away even if the part is fine from a safety standpoint.. that said, they will do that sort of work if you insist.

Needed 2 repairs & called. Easy appointment scheduling. Plenty of reminders/confirms. Sent repair estimate -- very reasonable. Both repairs done within 4 hours. Cost was within $7 of the estimate! Everyone was friendly. Mechanic courteous. I will definitely be recommending CRA to friends. Shoulda tried them out sooner!

This place was recommended to me by my coworkers as I just moved to the area. I brought my car in for an intermittent shuddering while I was driving. Initially they repaired my drive shaft thinking that was the issue (which was not cheap, but I’ve had to replace it before and figured it was a necessity and it did make sense with the shuddering!). I picked up my car Friday and drove it home only to have the shuddering continue while driving it home. I called the following Monday when they opened and brought my car back in for them to figure out the real issue. I wish I could remember the man who helped service my car that day but thank you! He figured out it was related to my transmission fluid and actually resolved the issue and recommended ways for me to avoid it recurring (due to it being an older vehicle). I REALLY appreciated that when I brought my car back a second time I didn’t have to pay for the service. That was extremely kind because I had spent so much on the drive shaft and I was stressed about what could be next. I will most definitely be coming back here for anything I need done to my car and will be recommended them to anyone else in need! Thank you all at Cherry Rum!

I trust these guys with my car all the time. The prices are fair and the service is always good. They are great at telling you what's an urgent fix vs what's something that needs to be done in the future. I appreciate this because I've definitely gone to mechanics that try to get you to fix everything in one go, even if you could have waited to fix a part or two. They're always pretty time efficient too.

Just had a wheel alignment done. They got me in within a couple days and the price was quite reasonable. The main thing is that the work is excellent. I could immediately feel the improvement in the way my car drives and I'm no novice on these things. I've also had occasion to use them in the past, always with good results.

Was recommended to us, and we've been taking our car for service here and everything else our car needs for the last five years. They are fantastic, quick, and economical. They don't rip you off. Our last car was on the way out and they told us it's not worth fixing, instead of taking our money. Now we take or new car for service rather then to the Honda dealer!

Had a headlamp out, Ted and Bill were very easy to talk to and said they could replace it within a half hour if I brought my Odyssey 2012 right over. I did and they did for an extremely reasonable price.

We bought a used van a few weeks ago and had a shop elsewhere tell us it needed nearly $2500 worth of work. We took it to Cherry Rum and they conformed our suspicions that much of what they recommended was not needed - indeed had recently already been done!! They went over it with a fine comb and we feel so confident about what they did and why they did it. The price for what they did do was CHEAP. We will not go anywhere else from now on - they were friendly and very quick as well.
