I went to The Rite Aid website looking for a productThe website said Zero on hand. This happen before so I called the store and spoke to Lisa Who is just incredibIy helpful and friendly I hope Rite Aid is taking care of Lisa the way she is taken care of your customers. Lisa truly does go out of her way above and beyond. I have witnessed it with all the customers as well. Keep up the good work, your the best! God Bless

I have had nothing but fantastic service from this store! Lisa and her staff are professional, helpful and caring. This store has gone above and beyond for me today and other visits in the past. The pharmacist who has given me my vaccinations for years is so nice, patient, gentle and very informative. She is so pleasant for first thing in the morning! Well I will always head their for my needs!

Very clean and neat and organized with the shelves full but not messy. The atmosphere was bright and new feeling. The pharmacy associate was friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful.

Whenever I walk in to Ritaid I am always greeted. The staff is always so pleasant i decided to move my prescriptions from Walgreens to Riteaid. I was never acknowledged once at Walgreens. Tra is the pharmacist at Riteaid and she has always done right by me - a really nice person.

The pharmacy team is caring, thorough and very helpful! I was without health insurance for 6 weeks. They instructed me how to get the lowest price I could for my prescription. By them helping me, I save $252.00. I appreciate all their hard work.

As a young adult who has needed the same medication for the last decade which consist of being a drink, I’ve become very taste specific. I formerly went to another major chain and always had massive issues with customer service. In the last 4 months I’ve switched to rite aid on south Broadway in salem NH and have always has a pleasant and wonderful experience with ALL staff. The moment I walk in the door I am ALWAYS greeted, and I am treated with such respect from all. More recently I had an issue with a manufacturer change of my medicine which was intolerable for me. I reached out to the pharmacist who asked me what the former NDC # was. At that moment I was out of luck, and had to go back to CVS for that one fill. CVS should when been the one to pull the script from rite aid but they are useless and the pharmacy manager helped me with this too! The Manager treated me with the upmost courtesy and stayed on top of trying to help me gain access to the couple of manufacture brands I could tolerate. Pharmacy Manager Edwin Ngaruiya needs to be praised on the amazing patient care he provides. I am entirely grateful to have my normal medicine back as my life truly depends on it, and having to drink 4-6oz of this med 2x a day is crucial to being tolerable and he understood this. At no point did I ever feel like a burden to him, or anyone on his team. I truly am grateful, and we will no longer go anywhere else. Edwin, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you! I can only hope someone higher up sees this and provides you the gratitude you are so deserving of. As a manager in healthcare myself, it means the world to me.
