Inquired for an appointment online and got a call immediately after they opened;
Amy, the associate that called me and helped me set up an appointment was amazing. She listened and understood my situation and got me the care I needed without the typical hospital booking BS.

I inquired for an appointment/online account at over 6 different local hospitals including MGH and Amy was the first to call. Phenomenal service and a big thank you to Amy for doing her job so sick people like me can take a breath and relax.

The level of care and service is remarkable. I had a PCP for several years and decided to look for a new PCP because I realized I had no relationship with my physician. In only a few short months with Dr. Jeppesen and Charter Health I have already built a relationship of open communication and trust. Highly recommended; a truly different experience in a good way.

Our original pcp moved and we were lost on what to do we were referred to charter health we are both extremely happy with the transition our new PCP Dr alla guenin made us feel completely at ease and addressed our concerns and needs thank you for a great experience and easy transition looking forward to a long relationship here
