Everyone was friendly. The administrative staff and the providers. The hygienist was very informative and explained his findings in terms I could easily understand. The Dentist was just as friendly and explained what care I needed and what options I had. I enjoyed his whimsical humor. The staff broke down costs for additional care. No worries I'll be back!

Receptionists are very nice -which means a lot to me. Dr A and his assistant Sarah spent a long time/me, trying to make my situation better. They worked thru lunch hour, and I am so grateful for them. I am a nervous patient from my past growing up. Dr A has been very gentle w/me and it’s been painless

The people that work there are very courteous. And respectful and very open to answering any of your questions. They make you feel at ease when you're scared. They also walk you step-by-step of what there going to with your teeth I Would recommend this Dental practice to all my family and friends.

The service is great the people were great the girls at the front desk were very helpful the woman on the way out was very helpful at the desk that made my appointments for me the dentist I seen was absolutely awesome and his helper was really great too I had a great day at the dentist thanks to everybody there thank you for a great experience.

The hygienist is friendly and very thorough, but with a certain degree of finesse that many hygienists lack. Dentist visits have been quick and easy. Generally on time and in and out quickly.

Overall a nice experience. Front desk made sure they had the correct details for my insurance. I had a cleaning and the hygienist was thorough and clear in her suggestions for improving, without being patronizing. Thanks.

I genuinely have never liked going to the dentist. But I am absolutely grateful for the work I have gotten done here over the years.

And I really mean it, I never liked going to the dentist, but I am slowly getting back to having a reason to smile.

Front desk staff is very friendly and professional. The general atmosphere has greatly improved since last year. A really nice vibe overall!

I went for my 6 month cleaning and had Ed the hygientist. I am not a young person so fortunate to have had many cleanings. Ed was top notch. He was precise, efficient and thorough as well as very professional. I am glad he has joined the Baystate Greenfield team and look forward to my next cleaning.

Dr A. is somewhere between Scientist & Artist. Picture a Picasso, but sculpted with modern medical instruments... ... ..

Dr. Antonopoulous is an outstanding dentist. My family has benefited from his dental expertise, his quiet, steady and kind manner and his informative answers to questions. We love this dentist. The RDH are excellent. I am impressed by Chelsea and Ed--they are outstanding and very skilled. Truly feel that I have gold star dental care. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Princewill is an earth angel her dental helper Desiree, Alison the hygienist, all the receptionist, the office manager, all the doctors I’ve seen thereare all the same - absolutely great 👍🏼. Dr Haluch, and the first dentist I h had seems there, Rabia Mujtaba, (all have such great personalities and are so, so, so generous.!!) They care. And they realy want to help. Alison the hygienist provides the most pleasant cleaning experience ever. May all the here kindness come back to them mutifold. You are in good hands there.
