We recently purchased our new Grand Design Reflection Fifth Wheel from Mike Fillippone. He was the best salesman and made our purchase experience wonderful! Mike is very knowledgeable and friendly, both qualities which made him perfect for helping us find our new camper! Just purchased a 1 yr old campers from Mike. We live in NH and communicated quite a bit with Mike ahead of time via email and phone to get some questions answered before making the trip down. He was always quick to answer and very helpful. Scheduling the pickup of the camper was easy, walk through was thorough and everyone was great to work with. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about our experience with Mike Filippone in sales and Mark Lewis in service trading our camper in this week. We felt comfortable looking at a variety of campers in our size range and budget with no pressure. We received a fair trade for our current camper and the service team did a great job cleaning and setting up the new camper for us! Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. I truly can’t say enough about the service and camper purchasing process I had with Mike from Union Connecticut Campers Inn. Mike was so down to earth and transparent during this purchasing process, and even went well out of his way to make it a special and personable experience for my family. We experienced a high-speed rear-end collision to our small travel trailer on the Interstate in the late evening. The police recommended the trailer be towed to the closest repair facility, Camper’s Inn, Union, CT. Our misadventure took a turn for the better early the next morning when we contacted the manager, Jaime, to explain why a damaged trailer appeared in his lot overnight. The CI team kicked into action, inspecting the vehicle, sharing what they found, allowing us to leave it a second night at their facility, and making sure we had access whenever we needed. Throughout our numerous interactions everyone - Jaime, Marc, Cody, Tina - was pleasant, incredibly informative, and very helpful. They refused payment for their kind efforts, noting that they hoped we would keep them in mind if we have future needs - and we will, as well as making sure others know about them.

My husband and I lost our camper. For some weeks we had been looking around. We finally found the time to make it to Union,CT. Upon speaking with Mike in sales it was a great experience with him.

Everyone we dealt with here were excellent and very personable. We didn't feel pressured at all when viewing trailers to make a decision on new one and felt they even gave us a fair trade. Hi bought my camper from campers in RV Myrtle Beach Virginia, it was the layout that I wanted, took the extra insurance policy, glad I did when I got home the slide out wouldn’t open😳, called in Campers in Union, schedule my appointment, dropped off my Camper, after the parts arrived, and the work was done, they called me and says come pick it up ,great experience with everybody there, and the work, very satisfied customer! We picked up our GD Imagine 22RBS today and CI was great. Mike Starr was great to work with and Dustin Anders in finance made everything easy. Parts & Service works to get us what we needed, And our demo with Joe Novajesky was patient and complete. We couldn’t be more pleased with the process.

Our buying experience was as good as one could imagine it should be. Mike took into account what I was interested in and showed me all kinds of trailers up and down the price range. He was quite willing to downsell me if a lower priced unit would fit out desires. Mike even made sure I could do a pre purchase inspection before I started signing any papers. The shop was easy to set up my training with and post purchase made my calls a high priority to ensure I continued getting along with my new trailer.

Randy, the GM for the Macon, GA store, along with his entire staff, and Scott who is their lead R.V. technician went above and beyond in every respect in a short notice repair on a brand new class B rv.The entire staff along with Randy made us very comfortable and saw to our every need. The repair was accomplished in a timely manner with superb results. I would highly recommend this store and its personnel to anyone interested in purchasing or servicing an RV.

I recently had my GD Reflection in for warranty work and could not have been more pleased with the service and attention provided. Tina was great keeping us informed of progress and always answering my calls and Marc went above and beyond answering all service related questions. This was my first interaction at the Union location as previous sales and service were at Raynham and Merrimack but I will certainly not hesitate to return .

We bought out Rockwood 2608BS in 2021. Our Salesperson was Mike Starr who was awesome and has now moved to Finance replacing Dustin Anders who was also awesome in Finance. Dustin has moved on to be GM of the Union location. Jamie Purdon has been brought in as the Service Manager and went up and beyond to help in our matter. Tina Beaudry in Service and Parts has always tried her hardest to provide great support. We recently addressed an issue that has been there since purchasing the RV but are VERY satisfied this time with the results of how it was handled and now repaired. We truly believe that these changes have improved the all around experience in Union and also believe it will continue to do so in the future. These are all great people who care about others. Kudos to whomever made these well needed changes. It has made a huge difference. Thank you.
