I am an ASE Master Tech, European repair,business owning , Mass State inspector of 40 yesrs. I have never had such a pleasant tow experience as with Lincoln Allis .A young, intelligent ,polite efficient worker who made sure I was comfortable for the 2 hour ride to my home in Lexington from Western Massachusetts. He's going places. Thank you all for taking such good care of me on a rainy Saturday night. I limited to 5 stars. 😉

My first experience with Sirum. They checked some issues that a local dealer said needed to be fixed before the car would pass inspection, and found that a couple of them were non-issues. Quoted a price WELL below the dealer's. Car passed inspection once Sirum finished with the car, no problem! So far really liking Sirum for honestly and timeliness. Save us about $3000 (also they're within walking distance! WINNING!)

I had a HORRIBLE experience with AAA trying to get towed. Long story short, I was able to get my vehicle to MA. From there, Lincoln towed my vehicle to CT. This young man is such a kind and genuine person! I just wanted to give a positive review because I had a positive experience! I think it is important to be positive and give praise when you received great customer service especially these days! Thanks again Lincoln!

The Day Lincoln Saved Christmas!!!!
I was stranded on the side of I91 for 3 hours. AAA gave me the runaround telling me a driver would there in 30 min 6 times. FINALLY, Lincoln called me from the truck saying he would be there in a few. He was! Such a great guy! Find out he went to HS with my son! HE was friendly and took good care of us! Lincoln SAVED THE DAY!

First time taking Miss Pearl in, Addison always greeted me cheerfully and with a smile. Ben was helpful, straight to the point with what needed to be done on my vehicle, maintenence was done in a timely professional manner and I will most definitely be bringing my car back here. I picked up my car today, and it's like driving a new vehicle. Excellent Excellent!!!!! 10 out of 10!

Exceptional service from Lincoln when I needed a tow due to a shredded tire in the hilltowns; he is knowledgeable, quick, careful, and kind, providing excellent professionalism and customer service all at the same time. Lincoln took extra care in making sure my Elantra that rides low to the ground was protected going both up and down on flatbed with the winch. You have a great employee there, and I would love it if I could get AAA to refer your company to my roadside assistance every time!

I had Lincoln come out and change a flat tire. I want to explain the kindness of this young man for staying with me during an altercation I had ending up with my car being towed. He even circled back around to make sure that I was OK. It’s unusual that a young man would care as much as he did about the people he is helping as well as the wonderful representation he made for his company. As Sirum’s employees hold high standards, I would highly recommend this business, and if I never ever needed auto services, they would be the first ones I called.

I can not say enough about this company and their driver Lincoln. He was wonderful. They all were fabulous. Handle our car like it was theirs, very careful. The tow was from Mass to Connecticut Thank you for all your help.

Lincoln picked up my van for a AAA transport to my dealer for service in Greenfield. He was super conscientious about how I baby my van and took all precautions. Basically was happy to indulge my neurosis. So great to get service like this!

Super honest. I was quoted $1300+ for a repair to my Honda Pilot for control arms and cracked bushings at another garage. Someone recommended Sirums to me and they looked my car over and those parts on my vehicle were fine. I left without needing a repair at all. I can’t say how happy I was with their service and that I didn’t waste my money with the dishonest dealership.

They did a really good job fixing the rust on my '01 Chevy Prism. Marie and Kyle are very friendly and helpful..
I highly recommend them!

Lincoln, a young tow truck driver, was more than helpful. He was kind and put a lot of effort into making sure that the job was done right.

After waiting 12+ hours for help with AAA this company accepted the call after others denied it. They came out and towed my vehicle and we were so thankful they could help us. Tyler at Sirums drove the AAA tow truck and saved me when I broke down on 91S yesterday in a torrential thunderstorm! He was just great. He hung out with me for an hour or more and got another AAA truck to come because I couldn’t climb into his truck, and he was very good company. Tyler totally acted with more initiative and responsibility than the police, who NEVER showed up even after I called 911 twice! So thank you, Tyler- and Sirum’s, you’re lucky to have him!

Thank you to these folks!!!! You won’t be disappointed with their service. They fixed our trailer that was dropped off from a towing service. We had an issue on the highway on a Sunday afternoon. We communicated from a distance and they made sure our trailer contents were safe. The trailer was fixed timely and repair was more than expected. You guys rock Sirum!!! Kim and Frank.

Took me a long time to find an honest and fair place to take our cars. Just upset I didn't find them sooner. I get the sense they always give you recommendations as if it was their own vehicle so you never feel like you are getting up sold on stuff you don't necessarily need to do, but they still keep you informed on what needs to be done at an honest and fair price. Also they don't act annoyed when you ask them questions and don't make you feel rushed or dismissed. Will always bring our cars here moving forward.

They get what needs to be done, done the right way. They r the best at what they do. I won’t take my car any where else. Everyone is so friendly and prices r reasonable 😊 u won’t be disappointed 😉
