Love Nails

Very professional and great workers 😊 also very clean! I went today since I couldn't make it there as I have been dealing with Colin Cancer and I'm Cancer Free 🙏. As usual they are the Best and I was beyond happy with to see the staff. A big thankful to Tony and Jay plus his wife. 🥰

The nail salon is open on Sundays, conveniently in sixteen acres,, very clean and the staff take their time with clients. I had both a pedicure and a manicure. Products are a good quality too. What motivates me to come back is the service. The technicians ask questions and make sure your pampered. I enjoy the wax treatment at the end of my manicure. The wam fluid is relaxing and leaves my hands soft.

Today was my first time coming to love nails. It was great! The salon is very very clean. And they are so efficient that you get a great manicure and pedicure in a short amount of time. Will come back for sure!

I have NEVER been to a nail salon like this one. I will ABSOLUTELY be going back, recommend to everyone. The people are very nice and they offer so much. Massages, even for a fill, hot wax.... I love it. My nails came out amazing...left there smiling....

Great first experience was taking right in felt comfortable and relaxed. Nails came out like I wanted them and more. I was happy I didn't have to ask to clean my cuticle went right in with clean tools. The hand wax and massage was nice plus. I will be going again and recommending to family and friends.

Simply Wow Wow and Wow!! The employees here are so EXTREMELY friendly and kind like no other Ive ever even used outside of Massachusetts. I received services to my feet and nails that I wasn’t even expecting with such care and attentiveness. And just when I thought I was done, here comes on awesome shoulder and neck rub from a different employee, like What??? It was great!! Highly recommend them without a doubt. Will remain my forever nail salon. Keep up the amazing work you guys do and many blessings to your business. 100% Satisfied!

This place was so nice sand the lady was so gentle and nice!! They had music and it was very peaceful ❤

I Have tried several salons in the area and this one is by far the best. It is large and very very clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My nails are always done exactly the way I request. Never had 1 peel or lift like at other salons I've tried. Their special pedis are amazing too. The cost is maybe 3/4$ more than other salons but they don't nickel and dime you and they take their time, its never a rushed job. They also include extra perks that other salons don't. Like a back massage as your nails dry. A paraffin wax dip with every nail service and a hand massage to complete it. Definitely worth checking out!!

I was in desperate need of a pedicure so I called Love Nails based on positive Yelp reviews. Because the phone went to voice mail when I called, I figured everyone was busy. I Decided to take my chances and walked in without an appointment as Love Nails was less than a mile from me They acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and we're very apologetic that I would need to wait 20 minutes. It was definitely a mother-daughter day since school starts the next day! I don't live in Springfield but I visit regularly. I found love nails to be very clean and comfortable. They have individual massage chairs that work! I've been to many salons in desperate need of a make-over. Both Hannah and Tim were very accommodating I explained that I am sensitive and please to not scrub too hard on my feet but, that I also like the foot bath water hot. No problem. My nails were filed correctly and Tom, gave me one of the best foot massages I have ever had! I don't usually get polish so I ask for my nails to be buffed. Oops! I forgot to ask. Oh well, next time!

Gel Mani-Pedi. Have only been here twice but for me, going back a second time usually leads to a third and so forth. I have been very satisfied with their work and it lasts longer than other places I've gone to. Prices are the same if not several dollars cheaper than the mall but better the product. They give massages after your mani and their spa pedi isn't too shabby either....my second time I almost fell asleep felt so nice!!

Nice clean place.. the nail technicians are well versed and know what they're doing.. sort of like a mini spa.. when your nails and toes are done they give you a mini shoulder massage and they also dip your hands into paraffin which I think adds a touch of class..

Okay. Here is my honest opinion of this place.
Pros: you have to make an appointment to come. (Love that idea)
- the staff is super friendly
- the establishment itself is nice, spacious, and clean
-after they finish your nails they dip your hands in wax AND give you a 2-4 min massage. 🥰

The only con:
Prices are the same wether your getting a pedi/mani or if your just getting a color change. 😑
Was not expecting to spend $65 just to change the color of my toes and hands. But otherwise everything else was amazing!

Would I come again?
Absolutely!
I will just get the mani/pedi since it’s the same price. 🤷🏻‍♀

If your not coming here to do your nails.. are you really getting your money’s worth?

First time here it's an awsome place to do ur nails

Lovely place, I was treated like a queen from the time I got to the door which was held open for me, I was helped with my coat and was greeted with a smile. Had a pedicure which felt good and while my feet were drying had a neck and shoulder massage. I loved it! Will be back!

This is the best Nail place in all Springfield. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. You can see everything is squeaky clean. Ask for Jay he's the best. He gives awesome pedicures.

I am not really use to get my nails done. I never liked it but now that I am a bit older I tried a few places. Love Nails is by far my Favorite and I have gone each month. They are kind and keep conversation. Will continue to get my mani and pedi there.

Was going to another local place, but prices were always different and service inconsistent. Went here to try it out with my daughter on a Sunday. They say down with each of us and discussed what we wanted, told us the cost before they started and were extremely professional. Have been back several times since, as has she, and the same every time. Shop is EXTREMELY clean, relaxing, we love everything about it.

Professional and considerate service. Clean, bright and pretty shop. Lots of space so you’re not overwhelmed with fumes.
Price is absolutely fair for the services received and they have a membership program.
