Very RUDE customer service that answers the phones, then the tech that showed up was just as bad! Dont recommend. Roto Rooter was better. *reply** No I do not have wrong company. Andrea is who took my call and she works at greenfield office. I dont have an "account" we paid with a credit card for the service although we were offered to open an billable account with a credit check, but knew we would NOT be using you again.****just seen he said EXACT thing to another person who gave bad review lol of course act like we all have the wrong business! Childish.

I used Sandri Plumbing for a bathroom renovation project last year. It was an awful experience in a multitude of ways. I have never written a negative review for a company, but I feel I should warn others. In my experience, this company is disorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to own and make up for mistakes made by their employees. The project has been complete for almost a year, and it still makes my head hurt thinking about it. I am now involved in another plumbing renovation project for a rental property with MJ Moran, which is going wonderfully. MJ Moran has been nothing short of a class act - I highly recommend them.

Responding to your response: I am not mistaken. The project was most certainly Sandri. The name on the project is under contractor Nickerson. This is what I mean by disorganized.

Called looking for information and lady was rude. They bought out another company and said warranties and what not do not exist. No compassion for people.
