Everyone in the staff is very friendly, with a wonderful sense of humor to make you feel at ease. They take their time to make sure that they get it right the first time. And if by chance you have to go back they are very accommodating to fix what needs to be fixed.

It was a real pleasure to receive from Apex Dental staff such thorough and dedicated service. Doctor Patel is amazing and exudes not only a joy at what she does but has matching competence to a very high degree. I have found her assistants to be very ready to answer any questions I was having. Naisha is really an asset to your practice at Turner Falls. Over all a great experience and one I will remember in the future. The phone staff was very kind and understood my predicament having lost a from tooth filling with a giant hole in my mouth. I love this place! I went in for a lower wisdom tooth extraction which I was awake for and not looking forward to. Everyone was friendly, informative, and did everything they could to help me feel comfortable. Dr. Sarita Patel gave me sunglasses, took my blood pressure and, when she noticed it was low, offered me a juicebox. She was thorough in explaining the process and expectations. During the procedure she gave me a bite block so I could maintain control of my jaw and keep it steady (some dentists are so aggressive it feels like your jaw is breaking, so I really appreciated that!). She was quick and gentle and I will definitely be going there in the future! It's also worth noting that the reason I tried them out in the first place was because I was told specifically that the staff was non judgmental. Go here if you want a dentist that is smart, kind, and professional!

Best dental office I've been to in a long time. Exceedingly polite & professional staff. The First time I show up it's with an abscess tooth, infected, horrible pain! I enter at 7 am, get an appt right away. All fixed up And I leave happy with no pain! Thank you

I went in to catch up on years of neglected teeth to find very welcoming, fun, friendly people that also know what they're doing with teeth. They fixed everything quickly and helped me with financing, advising, and care concerns. The staff are wonderful, and the work is amazing. I always got reminder calls, and was always scheduled in ways that worked for me, and quickly. Only once did I have long to wait, and it was down to the artists creating my implants. Highly, highly recommend!

Despite being 30 years old, I have had a terrible fear of the dentist for nearly my entire life. I hate being made to feel guilty about not flossing, I hate the scraping noises, and I especially hate the pain. When a colleague recommended Apex Dental to me, I was hesitant, but the incredible folks here have completely changed my mind about going to the dentist. From start to finish I felt secure, comfortable, and welcome. Both the dental hygienist and Dr. Patel were wonderful about easing my anxiety by talking me through all steps of the appointment and describing both the good and bad things going on with my teeth. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and good-humored which put me in a great mood. And not once was I made to feel guilty about not flossing enough. An amazing experience from start to finish.

Best, gentlest, most thorough and fast teeth cleaning of my life! The hygienist, I think her name was Courtney, was great. I was falling asleep toward the end, something that rarely happens to me in a teeth cleaning.

I have been a member of Apex for over 10 years. The staff and Dr are great. I don’t trust just anyone with my oral hygiene, neither should you! Give them a try, I bet you won’t regret it.

Dr. Patel is a consummate professional. She knows her teeth... and gums, and roots, etc. I have a tooth implant, an etched crown, and some root exposure, so I am not the typical simple patient. Courtney is also a superb hygienist: very detail oriented. I am happy to have Apex in rural TF.

I have had the best expierence with Avenue A dental the doctors I have been seen by are nothing short of AMAZING !!! As well as the nurses too just had 3 teeth pulled yesterday and Dr. Darabi was great !!! I have had my teeth filled and fixed by Dr. Dixon and she was great too!! I highly recomend if you are looking for a great dentist!!!

I would highly recommend Apex Dental. My daughter and I have been going there for years. My daughter actually looks forward to going. The dental Hygienist, Drs. and receptionists are great. It’s a pleasant and comfortable environment.

Great place. Friendly and personable staff. They even calculate your copays and deductibles for major procedures before they even schedule it, so you can decide if you're able to pay for it or not.
