1st Advantage Dental - Greenfield

Melanie, my dental assistant, at 1st Advantage Dental, was very detail oriented and explained everything that was going on with the business, as well as my personal care. She informed me of everything she was going to do before she did it and explained the steps and the necessity of most things prior to doing them. It was so much paperwork vi computer, that she probably should have had a secretary working with her. She was a tiny bit rough with the plastic drainage tube and didn't mention that the Fluoride treatment was an additional cost, something I should have remembered. Otherwise it was a very good visit and I felt well taken care of.

The hygienist is awesome. Very friendly and does a great job. I always choose her because I know she will be thorough and not a lot of pain and she keeps up on what's happening in my life also.

I have been a patient at the Greenfield office for at least 30 years. Melanie is a caring, talented hygienist who makes me feel cared for and listened to at every visit. I respect her knowledge , observations, and advice; it’s difficult to find a dentist/hygienist who looks at a patient as a whole person, and Melanie does!

As always Melanie did a great job cleaning my teeth, she’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had. I feel like I’m her only patient yet I know that’s just not true.

Dr Holly Hayden is top notch, she explains everything in detail, and takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have. She always put your comfort first, I feel in good hands with her as my dentist. Franklin County is fortunate to have the team at 1st Advantage Dental serving the community.

I had my first cavities and fillings done here. Dr. Brahmbhatt and hygienist Mary were amazing!! Very kind and attentive to my needs during the process. Definitely made (what I thought would be scary) experience a good one!! :)
