It has taken me too long to write the, but here it is. Our experience was awesome with James. Looking for a 1st car for son, found it here at James Motors, 2017 Mercedes C300 with AMG appearance package. The car was very clean inside & out, 50k, 1 owner & dealer serviced, which James provided. James was willing to negotiate on price & on getting car in our possession, we were in upstate NY. Through the process there was open communication. I would buy another car from him & recommend this dealer. Our car was an absolute “cream puff” maybe a diamond in the ruff, but James made it all happen. Thanks again for all take texts, calls & assistance. Boy loves the car!!

Just bought our 2nd car in the past year and a half... Each time we meet, he was very well mannered, respectful and never pushy. When we spoke of financing he was well knowledged and upfront about pricing, fees and what he can offer. He offered a better deal than my own credit union. When financing through James Motors, Anthony kept his word and looked through the car with his mechanic at no cost. Also, he took care of the loan, car insurance and reregistration with no hassle to me.

I fell in love with a Lexus at James Motors, but thought I should really do some shopping to make sure I'm making the right decision. Well, if you ever looked for a car before, you know how depressing it is to leave the house excited for your search, only to spend days walking through huge car lots to see maybe one or two you like. Who cares how many cars you have if you can't show me one that looks nice, drives well, and I can afford. Then they bring you in and try to sell you a new car, which I'm not looking for and call me non stop once I leave. So after searching even at a Lexus dealership, they told me they couldn't match my price from James Motors. So back I went, and so overwhelmingly happy I did. Their cars are amazing. They are all beautiful it's hard to choose. Anthony was great, patient, and so not pushy. He held my Lexus, which I fell in love with day one of my search. Put new tires on her and had the mechanic go through and make sure she was perfect. So I received my check from insurance, and thought I would have to wait 10 more days for my check to clear. Anthony's sales manager worked his magic and got me in my car without waiting. That night she was home. Thank you for such a wonderful car buying experience. They took care of everything. Seriously, if you want a beautiful used car, you would be crazy not to see their selection before you buy elsewhere.

Great cars, good prices, honest dealer! Sounds impossible, no? After conducting a 3 state, 6-month search for a newish used car, and dreading every encounter, I visited James Motors in East Longmeadow. They sell late-model, low mileage, good to exc. condition cars. I had found my car via a Consumer Reports-linked site. I wasn’t shopping but noticed not only the SUV I bought but everything else on the lot appeared to be in exceptional condition, not a POS among them. Almost all were brands known for reliability and good construction.

I’ve been driving for decades, have a brother who owns a garage and dealership (on the west coast, unfortunately), and have owned more than 20 cars. Usually I avoid used car dealerships, having learned how many ways a transaction can go bad.

James Motors is everything the bad dealers are not. Pleasant, unpressured owners. Anthony, whom I dealt with, has none of the vibe of the typical used car seller. He made me feel comfortable almost immediately, and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I can't say enough what a great experience this was. I hate buying cars because I always feel like the sales people are trying to take advantage of me. Not the case with James Auto. Completely forthright, upfront and most of all fair. They were fair on my trade and fair on the price of the new vehicle. After having purchased about fifteen cars in my life, I will be going back to James as long as they are around. I love my new (to me) Infiniti QX56! Great place to buy a car! Very nice cars on the lot, and priced competitively. I have had some horrible experiences in the past at dealerships, and was even considering trying carvana or something similar to avoid all the stress... but my experience here was great. I would definitely do business here again. None of the usual nonsense you dread dealing with and great customer service from all staff. Loving my new car, thanks again

First off I want to say the last thing I wanted to do last week was see a car sales person. But after going there to look at a cheap car posted on FB, I was impressed with the service. He treated me the same as anyone buying the higher end cars, got it registered and inspected. Very personable and no pressure.

Anthony and his brother (can’t remember his name for the life of me) were awesome. They were more than willing to take time to make sure everything went smoothly and the whole process was very easy on me. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I would 100% recommend James Motors.
