Outstanding staff with a tremendous understanding of the entrees being served as well as being a quantifiable example of efficiency and top tier quality while maintaining an affordable dining experience which expands their market share to a larger, diverse socioeconomic group. In addition Jenna should be given a 25-35% raise, I don’t feel that it’s unreasonable. She’s worth it.

the food and drink were fresh, well made, and a hearty portion. the restaurant was clean and had a relaxing music selection. the staff at the register (Keila) who helped my mother and i was so sweet, and provided fast service so i could seat myself quickly and didn't pass out when i came in (incredibly dizzy and hadn't eaten all day). she was culturally sensitive as well (my mother and i are Latiné). she picked up on that and was accomodating.

service was excellent, food was delicious, and the restaurant had an overall positive atmosphere. i appreciate this location and will be back when i am craving Panera/am in the area.

Panera has been one of my favorite places to go for a long time! You can dine in, order out, go & pick up, or just hang out for a while!
Most locations have plenty of seating & even a fire place! They have booths, tables, & comfy chairs to choose from, & they're usually not full to capacity, with many spots available to dinner or just relax for a bit.

There are more than a handful of soups, salads, & sandwiches to choose from. You can get them by themself or make a combo meal.

They also have cookies, little cakes, tea, coffee, soft drinks, bagels, fritatta, brownies, & they're always making menu items throughout the day so everything is pretty fresh & you could potentially stay a while.

Panera is a great place to meet friends & family or to go study, & you can stay as long as you like.

A good healthier option for quick meals. Especially if you get their app. You can order before getting there and already have the food ready. It's perfect for a quick workday lunch. But if you want to eat in they have a very cozy environment and plenty of seating. One of my favorite lunch places.

Had never been before, 1st time was great. They were very busy but handled it perfectly . The food was really good and the place was clean.

Everything is quick and simple to use. The staff is nice and I received my order quickly. The food looked delicious and it was as good as it looked. If you are a sweet tooth like me, I'd recommend getting the cinnamon crunch bagel with the honey walnut cream cheese spread.

Turned up at 9.45pm on a Saturday night with three teenagers. The place was empty and I was concerned that the staff would resent us arriving so late, but they were lovely..could not have been nicer. After ordering I remembered I wanted a coffee to keep me awake and the lovely staff member gave me a cup and told me to help myself for free as they were going to empty the urns soon anyway! The staff were so hospitable...we would go out of our way to go to this Panera bread again!

I think they could use more people to work there especially around lunchtime, but the workers behind the counter where the cooks are they were busy !

Nice people, great salads and soups! Yup, I love their bread. It's always fresh cuz they use it all the time as a side... I had to buy a whole baguette today so I would have enuf 🍞 shhh. Don't tell anyone! Try the onion soup. It's to LIVE for! Yum.

Decent and perfect food with good price

This at store serves food very quickly. It has a good selection of diverse food and sandwiches. The panel potato chips are the best around and it is wise to buy more to bring home to consume when watching tv. The staff is superb and very helpful.

One of my clients loves the Iced Pumpkin Coffee. I was running late and asked for Michelle if I could pay with plastic over the phone, and then pushed the envelope, "could you run it out to me". She totally hooked me up with AWESOME service. I made it on time, and never could have done it without Michelle's help. Bravo. (Amazing coffee too):

I am addicted to Panera Bread... Lol 😁 😁. Although the food is incredible, the Customer Service is absolutely it's best features! The store manager, Kristie
( I may have spelled it wrong) greeted EVERYONE with a smile and light conversation.

the hot chocolate was half a cup when i ordered full cup, the bagel was burnt, no chocolate chip in the hot chocolate. But they took care of everything and got me the exact same order but this time, perfectly. GOOD SERVICE

I liked it great chai lattes and good food. Very nice people who work there. It’s also a great place to have a coffee and get some work done with an option of sitting outside. Free WiFi is a plus! I’ll be going again for sure.

The specific store was easy to spot from the road. The food was on time when I ordered via my cell phone. The staff there are very friendly and the venue is clean.

The staff is polite and fast, Very good with anomal requests. The food is great and the prices are great, too. The interior is large and clean

I got a gift card for Panera Bread last week and I went with my daughter and we both had the Lobster roll. It was fantastic and I will be back there soon.
